Review 1：The hotel was rated as four star but should only be a two star. Avoid room 1443 as it was cold with a musty smell...very depressing. We changed hotels after a few days.

Bedrooms compare very favourably with other similar star rated hotels in the resort, with comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom, nice balcony with great views of beach and sea. Pleasant facilities such as the heated swimming pool, gardens, and tennis court, good food at breakfast and dinner, Pool side bar has good simple food for lunch at very competitive prices. Overall staff were very professional and friendly.

Review 30：Seemed more like a 2 star hotel. Rules that were set by the hotel were not enforced so that towels were used to reserve sunbeds and swim wear was worn in restaurant. Food quality was poor, choice was minimal and plastic beakers were provided for drinks. A/C was insufficient on hot days and only 1 shower was available after check out. All this you would accept at a 2 star hotel.

Review 73：Very small hotel. Caters for older generation, we're in out 30s and found it very boring. Small inside bar which only opens at 6pm and music must stop at 11pm. The bar is not organ enough for the number of guests so you cannot get to see the show at night. The stage is surrounded by large pillars so can only be view from about 20 seats anyhow. Staff are lovely around the hotel other than at reception where staff are rather blunt. All inclusive is not really worth it compared to many other hotels we've stayed in. Pool area is very small and sun beds are old an need replacing. Rooms are comfortable but our lower level one smelled a bit of damp.

Also the bar was packed in the evening mostly with all inclusive customers naturally making use of the bar. Review 115：As a vegetarian my experience was totally different. There was very little other than chips,cheese salad and pasta with tomatoe sauce. Odd meals had another option but nothing was marked as suitable and ham and chicken was added to many dishes where it would not be expected for example ham in lentil soup/ chicken in watercress soup and chopped ham in so many other vegtable and potatoe dishes. I asked several members of staff in the resturant for help to identify my options but received no meaningful help. They really couldn't care less if I spent 9 days eating cheese salad and chips whilst meat/ fish eaters dinned like kings.

Review 121：Upon arrival we were not thoroughly informed about the half board details; tea, coffee, juices are included in the breakfast. Dinner, no drinks included, only water is free (some people might be on tight budgets), it is suggested that a drinks menu is provided to the guests so they know how much are the drinks. Wifi is not available throughout the hotel; which for a four star hotel it should go hand in hand. Free Wifi only available in the reception area which is extremely slow because every guest is sitting there using the wifi.

Review 122：We enjoyed our stay at lanzarote village. We were happy that our rooms were as requested (on the too level and next to our friends). Hotel is not far from the airport, about ten mins drive, no transfer required as it cost about €11-14. The hotel location was very good, very close proximity of the beach. Ten minute walk to the beginning of the strip which was nice, even with young children (age 3-7) they were happy to walk. The hotel staff were nice enough. Taxi service were great, they come within a minute or two; they are cheap (€3-5). The food in the hotel was average, good enough not to eat out every night. We stayed in room 1023 it was a but noisy as we were next to the lift and on the beginning corner of a corridor. We would definitely visit lanzarote again and would not mind staying in this hotel, as it was an overall pleasant stay.
