Review 1：Everything was perfect: staff was very friendly, location is central and breakfast had a good selection. We chose this hotel for our special occasion and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel staff noted it and even organised complementary basket and had a special decoration. They went above and beyond and we certainly didn't expect that.

Review 5：Extra cost for the room's safe. Safe had a physical key so we had to carry it. Prefer coded safe. The wifi was really bad. In the best case it was extremely slow. Most of the time the internet connections just got timed out. We had to go to internet coffee to check our e-mails. Free wifi should be removed from the services.

Review 9：This is a smaller hotel than I had stayed in before but I found the dining experience a little disappointing, despite the very friendly staff. The food was all fine but the selection was only okay and it was disappointing not to have any "hot-points" where a chef would cook some meat or fish in the restaurant / or maybe omlets in the morning. The low ceilings and flourescent lighting in the dining room also gave it a bit more of a canteen feel. Perfectly adequate but probably closer to 3, than 4 star dining experience.

Review 10：I was taking part in the ironman and the hotel was perfectly located for that. Staff were also very helpful and obliging. It was very good that they put on a special early morning breakfast at 5.30 on the day of the race. Rooms very very modern, spotlessly clean and well presented. Nice touch that housekeeping staff made an effort to present towels nicely.

So you really should improve that or remove the "Free WiFi" part from your advertising.- The breakfast buffet is quite big but it is almost exactly the same every day. Not much variety. The quality of the breakfast buffet is OK but not more. - Extra cost for the room's safe. +/- The hotel felt more like very good three stars than four stars

Review 24：+ No Children+ Location + Helpful staff + Room for bicycles + Hotel offers a late checkout until 6:00 PM for additional 15 EUR if the room is not used for new guests. My room was not available after the regular checkout time but I was offered to stay in another room.

Review 25：I was given a very smelly room which was on the lowest floor and difficult to get to via several staircases - not easy with luggage. It was pool side and extremely noisy with cheesy live "music" blaring in from a three-bit "singer" with a synthesiser. I had to ask reception twice to give me another room and it took a lot of persuading. They did give me another room but I decided to check out that night and left the hotel.

Review 26：Wifi was terrible, you could only get it in certain areas of the hotel (our room wasn't one of them). However, this is soon to be resolved. Pool was cold, but you got used to it

Review 33：Just returned from a fabulous stay at the Eix Hotel for 10 days with a group of friends on a cycling holiday. Great location, minutes from beach, restaurants, etc. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff are very friendly and Gabriel, the Manager, greeted us every morning with a lovely big smile and ensured we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh towels and bed linen supplied when you wanted. The bathroom was very spacious with a great shower. Poolside was great with plenty of sun loungers and a nice way to finish up your day with happy hour from 5-6pm!. A few people in our group decided to stay on for a few extra days and they got a very competitive rate. Thank you Gabriel and your fabulous staff for a very enjoyable stay and hope to see you all again.

Review 44：I recently stayed at Eix Alcuida Hotel for four nights while on a cycling holiday with my Cycling Club. Hotel was pleasant, clean and well located. Had a bike lock up around the corner from the entrance. I would say this hotel is a good two star hotel and not, as it claims, a four star. Other members of the club stayed at a well known hotel down the road, also a four star, which was much much nicer. The beds were fine and the room benefited from a small fridge which was ideal for my needs. The room lacked tea making facilities ( Didnt bother me but other Brits might find this a deal braker) The food was good without being great. Overall good value for money.

Review 55：For us we only booked this hotel as it was listed as Adults only, However as soon as we arrived there were children arriving each day, what made it worse is they were running up and down the corridor most nights. even worse is you can still book into this hotel with children through this website which is not on as you cannot advertise one thing and then do something totally different, It seemed that all the British guest were adults and every other nationality had children with them. perhaps the hotel need to clarify why you can still book a room with children even though its advertised as adults only on the English Websites. NOT GOOD guests should be compensated for being mislead when booking.

Review 59：It was absolutely impossible to sleep except between the hours of 2 - 6am due to the pizza delivery service located directly vis-a-vis the hotel. Every 5-10 minutes the extremely loud scooter would come back, pick up a new order, then take off at full speed....soooo loud! It was too hot to close the door at sleep. Around midnight the garbage truck came and made his pick up, then shortly after that another city worker came and powerwashed the dumpsters....all this about 10 meters from our balcony. I imagine the noise would be a problem for about half of the rooms, as they face into the alley. The beds were also quite hard, and although I like a hard bed, these were uncomfortable.

Review 60：Close to the beach (5 minute walk), breakfast was decent, although the same exact thing everyday.

Review 61：Some staff were maybe not as friendly as others but hey, we're all allowed an off day now and again. so no harm done. Also, as the Eix Alcudia Hotel is now adults only, I was surprised to see several couples with babies and there were some small children running about. In this respect, The hotel should decide what it wants to be and stick with it. Just one more thing and it isn't too important. The use of the hotel's public computers could be made simpler. The ticket buying arrangement takes a bit of getting used to. So by the time the user has worked out what to do, the amount of minutes paid for has considerably reduced. Just an observation not really a criticism.

Review 62：The hotel has been reworked throughout. It is now 4 star and it shows! New furnishings and decor give the hotel a fresher, up-to-date look and feel. Staff are as helpful and friendly as ever. All of this combines to make a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Free wi-fi (and entertainment) is also an added bonus. Restaurant has also been updated and the food is as good as ever if not better. Lots of choice at every meal.

Review 63：The coffee in the morning was a disgrace. It was not really coffee at all. Many people said it was awful (including the hotel staff) but when I complained to the Jefa of the hotel, it was clear she had no interest and was not going to do anything about it. Her attitude to me was very dismissive. I know that nothing will change even though thr hotel will lose guests because of it - because, yes, a good cup of coffee at the start of the day is important to a lot of people. But the hotel don't seem to care, because they will always get busloads of tourists to fill the rooms.

Review 64：The staff (except for the reception on arrival which was NOT friendly at all - two women were too busy talking to eachother to take any notice of us standing there) were all super - friendly, fun and helpful.

Review 65：lower ground apartment. I will remember to book at least 1st floor next time. The room had a strong smell of damp as the newly refitted shower room didn't have adequate sealing and it smelled as though stale water was lying underneath, The wall on the bedroom side of the shower room had damp stains rising.

Review 67：- Very poor quality of sleep: the hotel is situated in a very noisy location. The traffic and the city public street cleaning is incredible noisy in the early morning. No single big bed but two small beds attached to each other. The bed mattresses are not comfortable and they are loose and they move around. - The general quality of the food at breakfast is very low. They only an automatic machine for the coffee which produces really bad coffee. - The WiFi network didn't work properly the most of the time. Connection was so slow that internet navigation was impossible. - Noisy and old air conditioning system. - Two waiters at the breakfast were really rude and impolite. - At the reception the English speaking level was low.

Review 85：Brekfast is the same so after a week you do not go there. WiFi is only in lobby and it works very bad, if you need the access to Internet you can wait for ages.Printing boarding passes costs 1-2Euro. It is needed to take soup and other washing things with you as hotel put them only once when you check in. The cleaning in the room is bad also, the sand was everywhere and the did not change bad clothing during 13 days staying.

Review 87：1. Soundproofing of the room was poor. 2. Diversity of the food was also poor. Breakfast was always the same! Dinner changed a bit every day but majority of the food was similar to what you get on another days. 3. Bike Rental from the hotel was terrible. I think the recommend the worst bike rental place around Alcudia. It is far from the hotel (they transfer you to there but the transfer back was not possible only if we agreed to wait two more hours for it. - the hotel was 30 minute walk from this place) The bikes were overused, it was hard to find two what worked as expected and looked as we want to ride it.

Review 91：Location is really bad, if you don't rent a car you are actually far away from nice beaches and from Alcudia city center. Walls are extremely thin. We were living next to the family with a small kid who was crying all nights long - awful! Room in the pictures looks much better and "stylish" than it appears to be in reality. If you have half-board there are no beverages served free at the dinner, you should pay even for water. I think this should be mentioned in the advertisment. No minibar. That is not 4-star, only 3-star hotel.

Review 106：As with 95% of Spanish hotels the Hotel says no reserving sunbeds yet it is never enforced, at 2pm most days the pool area is covered in Beach Towels with nobody around, We had to move towels on a few occasions and await the confrontation this is not good enough, You have a pool guy and bar staff there all day and they should be collecting towels of guest who leave for whatever reason and allow every guest to enjoy what they have paid for as not everyone feels comfortable getting into this situation. Sort this out along with your Breakfasts eg have a hot plate with a chef making eggs, pancakes etc to order and your ratings will be high 8's

Review 107：Our first visit to Mallorca in over 10 years and I'm Glad we picked this hotel. Walking distance to Alcudia old town and central to the port and beaches. Rooms clean and tidy, Hotel not to big and a good range of TV channels to keep everyone happy.

Review 108：The aircondiotion in the room just worked in the entrance, so it was very hot in the room. The man at the reseption didn't believe me when I told him that I paid my bill for four icecreams (9.70euros)at the restaurant last night, so I had to pay it again.
