Review 1：Couldn't check in when we arrived mid-afternoon as it was closed - had to get a neighbouring business to phone the owner for us. He arrived quickly but seemed annoyed about our arrival time.
Review 2：Great location, walking distance to all the sights of Dole. Owner was helpful with storing our touring bikes. The rooms are undergoing renovation and have been very nicely done.

Review 4：The Hotel is right in the centre of Dole. Ideal for site seeing this wonderful Town, there a small car park at the rear, the staff were lovely, breakfast was very good too, our room, which has been redecorated was No 5 at the rear so no traffic noise.
Review 5：The reception area had a drainy smell on arrival. There was some distant bass noise from the nearby nightclub until 0430.

Review 33：Worst hotel I've ever stayed in - and that was for the two hours we spent having dinner elsewhere. Most of it was literally a building site. What wasn't was shabby and decrepit beyond words. There was no door on the bathroom, with the toilet in full view, a small and uncomfortable bedroom and no restaurant open - is there ever? The staff of one was gone by 21.00 so having decided to leave we couldn't check out and presumably have been charged for everything. As it stands at the moment, this hotel is a disgrace.
Review 34：Pleasant staff - of one. Not unreasonable given that we were the only guests but the one man show was over by 21.00 The highlight proved to be the proximity to the luxury of an Ibis Budget Hotel and to which we beat a hasty retreat.
Review 35：The hotel staff is not speck in English and dole is very small town soyou can't get English speaking staff.and room is very old style andcarpet has very bad smell and I was rech @ 3 pm but there is. Lock inreception so iam wait till 5 pm then the reception man come. Internet isgood working .even dole has not get you texi. So I strongly notrecommend the people who don't speck French don't stay..
Review 36：Shower was not hot at all. The hotel stays closed between 11h and 17hand after 21h, so if you're arriving during these times, you'd betterset up your arrival with the hotel in advance, otherwise you'll have towait outside.

Review 44：The bathroom had no shower curtain so we had to use the bath and thebath was rough and hurt our bottoms! The taps were quite hard to operatetoo. Despite the beds being clean and comfortable - the rooms are verypoorly decorated and could do with sprucing up a bit as it was all a bitdepressing with old stained carpets and curtains not hanging on theirpoles etc. Some of the hall lights were not working too.
Review 45：It was just a place to stay on route to skiing, so all we needed was abasic room with somewhere to park. It is not a flashy hotel, so ischeap and clean. The staff were friendly and courteous and thebreakfast was nice.

My mainreason for choosing this hotel was that there would be a place to eat onsite. No tea / coffee facilities in room decor was very old fashioned,dark and dingy no shower - though adequate hot water for a bath

The hotel staff (there was only one that I saw) waspolite and friendly It was only a short walk into the town centre tofind a place to eat - thoughwithout doing an exhaustive search thechoice appeared to be limited to a few pizza restuarants and kebabshops. Still, the pizza restuarant I went to was okay.
