Review 1：Air conditioner in one of our bedrooms didn't work. In canteen, toilet was dirty and stinky. But we ignored this because the rest was good, and we could see that hotel owner really tries hard.

Review 2：Everything was very good over all. Apartments are well equipped, staff helpful, little nice details hotel administration does for guests are touching. We celebrated new year there and they left small cute presents for us in bedroom. Every single corner in apartment was clean. Then we by accident switched off electricity in the whole apartment and didn't know how to put it all back on, and one of the staff immediately helped us after our call.

Review 3：The apartment complex is not really conveniently located if you don't want to always use a car to get into Alcudia or Port d'Alcudia. If you don't know Mallorca, you can't really understand this until you arrive. This one factor would most likely mean we'd choose somewhere else for a future visit.

Review 7：Wifi is ridiculously expensive. Had to pay for pool towels. Spa 10 euros per hour each; breakfast expensive and had to be pre-booked. Many unreasonable additional costs if you wanted to use anything outside of the apartment.

Review 8：We were 5 travelling for a cycle holiday. Apartment was a good size, staff gave an extra bed so we had plenty of room. Bikes fitted in apartment easily. Kitchen had reasonable faciliities

Review 9：On the adjoining side to the neighbour on front patio there was a drop into next door path was about 4feet it was dangerous for our 2yr old it needs a fence so so we not worried and can sit and enjoy

Review 14：The area of Alcudia is lovely. It was quiet and nice close to the sea. If you have a car it is easier to move around as otherwise you have about 20 minute walk to the Port of Alcudia where the main beach is and where the restaurants are.

Review 15：Excellent views, convenient to walk into town but in a quiet area, comfortable beds, clean self catering accommodation, nice pools, good food and entertainment, very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Very good value.

Review 16：Everything! A fabulous location, professional and helpful staff starting with the reception continuing with waitresses, animation staff and ending with house keepers. When ever we asked for assistance it was provided on the spot without any delay. The kids (13 and 10 years old) enjoyed every day. The relative far distance from a beach, it was not an obstacle as long as we were willing to walk to nearest beach ( 20 min). Renting a car is an alternative solution. Definitively we will be back next summer!!!!

Review 17：We were told about possibility of keeping cold fridge stuff for couple of hours on departure to another resort however when checked out and took the stuff for storing in a fridge, this was point blank refused with a rude attitude from the bar and reception staff. This resulted in binning a large amount of perfectly usable food stuff.

Review 24：Self-catering facilities are not sufficient for a big meal, not enough pots, pans, etc, but it's ok for a simple meal, the kitchen is fine, just the equipment is not large. You get shampoo and cleaning liquids for kitchen and washing machine just once at the beginning of your stay. It is a great place if you have a car and travel around, but would not be suitable for sea-side holidays with small children or people who cannot walk a large number of stairs (ca. 500 m) up and down to the sea. It is up on a hill and takes a steep slope down to the sea.

Review 25：Lovely place, very friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable, good value for money. Great views as it is high above the sea, very nice atmosphere. Very quiet, so great for people who look for a peaceful place but not suitable for those who need big and loud entertainment. They have evening entertainments but they are not disruptive to the tranquility. There is a very small beach at the bottom of three flights of stairs, down the hill (ca 1 km to walk).

Review 26：Would have liked an oven in the kitchen, but is a minor gripe. Also felt wifi was expensive (20 Euro per device for a week) considering it only worked by the pool.

Review 27：Villa was spacious and well equipped (3 bathrooms) for our group of 6. Staff are really helpful. Views are stunning. The entertainment guy obviously loves his job and works very hard, but he is not pushy.

Review 29：Fantastic location and facilities, however what made our holiday extra special were the staff. They were friendly and helpful, a true pleasure to meet. The spa is an excellent idea and it was lovely to have it to ourselves for the whole hour!

Review 52：The surroundings and design of the hotel is very pleasing however we were chased out of the restaurant areas or forced to spend money at the restaurant just so sit beside the pool in the only comfortable chairs outside. It was our view that we had paid to use the hotel facilities and nowhere was it advertised or mentioned that we would have to pay to sit in public areas by the pool. If this is enforced perhaps a sign should be placed on tables explaining not to sit there etc rather than being rather rudely chased away by the restaurant manager. We were especially surprised when attending (and paying for) a legitimate entertainment event we were expected to pay for drinks just to sit where the event was taking place. This makes no sense and is very unwelcoming.

Review 53：The rooms were a decent size, cleaned regularly and with amazing views out over the ocean. Kitchen facilities were good which is good as the hotel food is a little expensive. With three pools of good depth for swimming, we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities. Nice quiet spot which is less touristy and it a good location for visiting the seaside (although beware the 300+ steps up and down from the beach) and the massive hill up to the hotel. Bicycles are available for rent at a good price. The entertainment was good and fun, the entertainer Ramon was enthusiastic and fun loving and made events enjoyable. The reception staff were also helpful at all times with great language skills. They made the stay comfortable and it was reassuring to know they were willing to help with any problems and also brought fun and enjoyment to the stay. Very welcoming.

Told inapartment info that Bedding and towels would only be changed once aweek. Our overall experience was very positive: our apartment was clean and very well equipped, and we were very positively surprised by the small "welcome gifts", the bottle of cold mineral water in the fridge, the small packets of toast bread, butter, marmelade, coffee and tea on the kitchen table! There was a breathtaking view from our three (!) terraces at the apartment to the sea and the mountains. The staff at the reception are nice and friendly and speak very good English, the three swimming pools are nice and clean, the breakfast (for an additional price) is varied and rich, the neigbourhood is quiet - and all this for a very reasonable price. All in all, very highly recommended!
