Review 1：Nothing food was terrible .went to bed at 10am on Saturday evening to get up for 4Am for return home got 2 hours sleep

Review 2：Place was OK but very noisy at night .music doors banging kids screaming .people making noise till 3am in mornings

Review 3：with the odd exception most of the staff could do with people skills training, food very bland, very repetitive, and cold food like a cattle market at meal times we had to ask for a different room as our first one was above the evening entertainment if you could call it that and the walls and floor were vibrating with the loud volume below us. rooms very tired and dated

Review 5：Lifts were faulty from time to time which is unacceptable for elderly people. The beds and bedcovers are not comfortable and there were mosquitos. The hotel has not had any obvious investment or modernisation in the ten years I have stayed. Charges for the fridge etc were excessive particularly as In general the hotel is not at 4 star standard . Also The spa treatments we booked ie massages were not comparable to last year ie ineffective and not worth €33 each. Also the masseuses did not all speak English. My elderly dad was terribly disappointed with his.Last year we had a male masseuse who was strong, professional and a good communicator. One would expect better from a 4 star hotel.

Review 12：A lot of hidden charges 16 euro to rent an iron out for week if sent to laundry charged per item. No wifi in room have to go to back of reception to acess wifi. 3 euro per day to use fridge in ur room to keep water cool sauna not free 16 euro to use per day only gym free

Very crowded for breakfast. Impossible to get a big bed even if we reserved so, they said they only had twin available, so even if we were a couple in kind of romantic weekend we were obliged to sleep separately. I won't never go again to this hotel. Sea view rooms are not direct view

The only saving grace was the entertainment manager Sam who had a wonderfully warm and friendly personality. Will not be making a return visit.

Staff in reception were not very sympathetic to the accident.......also public areas were rather run down and in need of decoration. Review 30：We really appreciated the extra details of this hotel, we arrived 1000am, nevertheless they allowed us to have breakfast, additionally our room was ready 1030am, they gave away two invitation for spa and restaurants variety was excellent, Asiatic, Burguer, Pizza. We travelled along with two child's, mini club staff and facilities was amazing.

Review 49：I have read the reviews before booking and indeed the cleaning is insufficient. In our room the walls were inappropriately dirty and not to speak about the swimming pools!! ok I understand that the weather was not so good for swimming, but cleaning only one of the pools while the others remain full of ladybugs that I find it unacceptable! My girls wanted to swim in the small pool, but there were so many ladybugs inside. Breakfast, to my opinion, was a bit boring... and not tasty... And of course I find rather negative the fact that in 2015 hotels don't have free wifi! Last but not least, we payed for the fridge...! Never happened to me before!

Review 50：Our daughters loved Lisette, the girl in the animation group who is extremely kind with the kids! We were in overall satisfied, we had a half board and the dinner was ok, different proposals every night, some of them tasty other not, the room we had was enormous so we made ourselves really comfortable, there are nice facilities for small kids (mini club with indoor playground, swimming pool, outdoor playground with sand and a lot of space for small kids to run around (ours are 2 1/2). We also liked the location since there are plenty of restaurants and bars around, as well as the beach itself!

Review 67：It was raining when we were there - the hotel had a lot of leaks so a lot of water on corridor floors. Work needed to be done but to be woken with the sound of a drill at 9am is not what I expected on holiday.

Review 71：The hotel website said ''satellite TV'', bit, only two channels are in English, one is a news channel and the other sports, neither of any interest to me. The sound of planes landing and taking off at the airport literally sounded like it was right behind the hotel - not conducive to relaxation. It is not stated on the hotel website that there are activities around the pool - this involved lots of noise, music etc, great for kids I'm sure but if I'd known this to be the case I'd not have chosen this hotel as I wanted a quiet holiday. The food was not of a 4 star quality, at any of the 11 meals I ate at the hotel. Neither was the hotel itself - chipped toilet seat, chipped and pealing paint, the place is tired and dated looking. The value for money would have been great had it been 4 star but as it was it was an average to expensive 3 star experience. I'll not be back nor will I recommend.

Every time I wanted bottled water he was trying convince my to take filtered tap water. Very poor quality of drinks and cocktails. Sangria from the bar tasted like the cheapest vine from plastic bottle. Had to pay 8 euro extra for borrowing a cattle from reception. We ordered I double bed and got two single put together. On booking.com we booked room with sea view but on arrival were told to pay extra 10 euro per day for sea vie room.

Review 132：An all inclusive stay is, I imagine, like staying at an old fashioned Butlins. All offerings are low quality and you therefore end up spending twice as much as if you go off plan they really stitch you up. Asked for a double bed but got twins. When asked to change, none available. Asked to change rooms but told none available. Loking around, thete were lots. I emailed in advance stating that it was my wife's birthday and we were not given the things we asked for
