Review 1：Wifi signal was hard to get in room but is pretty typical of German hotels.
Review 2：Veronica was very accommodating and very helpful for our late arrival. Easy to contact her and was very nice. The hotel room is nice and is all you need.
Review 3：We arrived when the front desk was close for afternoon break. Which we did not know about. There was a crude sign out front, stating this in German, but we did not see it. The owner was very grumpy and check us in, at the same time letting us know that she did not want to do it. She was very cold to us the rest of the day and into the next, even though she greeted others guests very warmly. As we are a same sex couple, it made me think that this behavior might have been for reasons, other, than waking her from her mid-day nap. Plus, wifi worked badly in our room. When complained, the owner suggest that we check internet in the lobby. Which defeats the reason of having wifi in your room. I can't recommend this place
Review 4：The location of this hotel is fabulous. there are many walks and hiking trails just next to the hotel, although a bit rustic, was comfortable. Our bathroom had been recently re-modeled.

Review 16：The wi-fi doesn't really work... This wasn't a problem for us since we were out all day, but if you urgently need to check emails it could be a problem.
Review 17：Very welcoming and friendly family running the hotel. They made a lot of nice suggestions for trips in the local area and even write a newsletter for each breakfast with weather forecast and local events. They went out of their way to help us with restaurants and trips into the mountains, and helped us a lot for new year :). The hotel was clean and cozy and in a good location- a short walk to pretty Ramsau, and a short drive to the Alps, Salzburg and Berchtesgaden. Although it is near the road and some noise can be heard, there is very little traffic so it is not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice and tasty breakfasts, lovely glint wine in the afternoon, friendly atmosphere, cozy room, a lovely location in Ramsau village right between a very beautiful Bavarian Alps. We spent there 4 days and it was lovely time!
