Review 2：The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble and they all went that extra mile. We were there for the Ironman event and they provided excellent bike facilities and looked after us extremely well. Food was also great.

Review 15：I used this hotel as a base for a friends wedding on the island, and found its location perfectly central and close to everything. This hotel is simply brilliant! The best hotel I have stayed at yet (Putting aside the mega 5 diamond awarded hotels in Las Vegas) Friendly staff who go the extra mile, fantastic facilities, two wonderful pools and as mentioned - fantastic location. This is a MUST stay.

Review 20：Air conditioning was awful, didn't feel like air conditioning at all, more like a partially effective fan. One night the air conditioning completely cut out and the heat was unbearable even with the balcony doors open.

Review 38：It is close enough to the road and if you like to sleep with an open balcony door it can be a little noisy to you. The only problem for us was to find a hot tea in the evenig in the hotel bar and restaurant. Besides, there is no frige in the room and in bar you can get an ice just for one glass, so if you want to chill the bottle you should buy the ice in the shop too.

Review 42：We were a bit dissapointed that there was no A la Carte Restaurant in The Hotel, as an alternative to The buffet. We thought El Rincon, judging from The website photo by The grill, would be open in The late evening, were You could eat grilled steaks etc and enjoy The show after.. The volume for The music during The shows were a bit too low and we believe it would be extremely positive for The hotel and guests, if The bar/music, could continue after The show, at least inside until 0100 or 0200 a.m When guests finally felt like moving on to The dancefloor and order another drink, it was closing time. Thats why we chose to rather go out..

Sana greets people in the morning in the restaurant but I feel this exchange is formal and a little "forced". Francis relaxed and normal.

Special mention to vivacious Monica, beautiful Adelene, very kind Felipe and rest of the kitchen staff. While this time we were observing a fasting period, the kitchen staff helped us so much and even prepared special vegetarian food for us, which is really overwhelming and kind. We got personalised attention from each one of the hotel staff. We are surely visiting again. Hotel itself is very comfortable and takes care of each and every need.

On the small side but who wants a large bedroom? Bathroom well stocked and a very powerful shower. The bar/lounge area was comfortable. Food selection was excellent both breakfast and dinner. This hotel is worth a visit and we'll be coming back next year for a longer stay. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Review 103：I booked suite with hot tub on booking.com and paid for it but when I arrived they didn't have the room. I had to stay in the double room for the first night, and pack my stuff again, then move to suite on the second day. Despite this hustle, the only thing I received was the difference in room rate between double and suite (even though I missed out on staying in the suite for the first day for which I paid for). So that was really disappointing. Parking is street parking, which you can find spot easily but would be nice to have a spot designated for the hotel. I think the hotel is decent but I will definitely stay elsewhere on my next trip to Mallorca.

Review 118：From the greeting as we first entered to the minute we left, the staff were exceptional. Everyone greets you with a big smile and "Ola". The buffet was on the whole pretty good. There is a wide choice at breakfast and dinner. There is a tendency to overcook meat and fish. The pool and surround were v pleasant and we never had a problem getting somewhere to sunbathe. The cover acts who provide the evening entertainment are not really my thing but were good enough. The Hotel is spotless. Drinks are reasonably priced too at 3 euros for a pint.

Review 119：Make sure to hang the "do not disturb" sign on the door knob if you want to prevent the chambermaid from intrusion. No ventilation in the bathroom - towels could never get dry as a result. Also quality of the towels could be better for the 4 star hotel. Two matraces even for the king size bed. Bathroom amenities have not been renewed - had to ask at the reception. Mini bar fridge was too weak. Electric kettle in the room would be nice.

Review 120：Location was fantastic: 5 min walk to the beach, next to the bus stop, lot of eateries nearby. Super breakfast and dinner, both with daily changing menu's. Don't hesitate to take the dinner - you will not regret. The most polite and friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant. Very nice and quiet pool area. Good cocktails in the pool bar. Nice entertainment programme as well.

The buffet has a wide choice, also for vegans and vegetarians. Lots is prepared on the spot; presentation is beautiful and the food is very fresh. There are 2 pools with pool bar and snack bar, each pool comes with free, comfortable sunbeds. Hotel will provide you with beach towels. The rooms either have a double bed or 2 single beds. Each room has a mini fridge for personal use. Beds are very comfortable and there is a pillow menu. All rooms have a balcony. Hotel's evening animation is very entertaining. The hotel is located on the main road, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops, approximately 2 minutes walk from the beach. Old town of Alcudia is approx. 35 minutes walk or can be reached by bus (bus stop in front of hotel). Palma Airport is approx. 40 minutes drive from the hotel. We arranged transfers with Resorthoppa.
