Reviews for Wynn Las Vegas
Review 1:Slow check-in Bad Room Location, Room views were the tops of back lot buildings, terrible! Poor Buffet facilities: Long wait: even for the size of large hotel Wynn was unable to accommodate; After standing in line for a long period of time we had to opt out; we had to locate another restaurant. Given the price charged, the amenities were limited. Overall we were disappointed.
Review 2:Attractive location
Review 3:The cleaning of the room was only superficial.
Review 4:We had a very good experience, spending new year included. We had fun, relaxed, played golf, shopping, enjoyed the great restaurants with a panoramic view to the golf court. Unforgettable!
Review 5:The service I received at Wynn would be negative 5 star if there is this selection. First of all, I prepaid a king size bed room when booking on booking.com, but I was given a 2-queen bed room when checking in, and the reason is "your reservation is no guarantee". If this is the case, I don't understand why booking.com can give customers room selection at the first place, and there's no place giving me this kind of notice while I was making the reservation. Secondly, because of my request, the front desk offered me room change on the second day, so we moved to a new room with king size bed, but we realized we forgot to take our cell phone charger with us in the old room just 1 hour after we move out from the old room. That's the starting point of our nightmare. The lost and found office closed at least 1 hour earlier than their business hour, security guard I front of the lost and found office give us wrong information, except one lady who helped us checking the room and found the room has already been cleaned, no one else helped us in any way to get our charger in the next 24 hours, and insisted we use email and Internet to identify our lost item. 3 hours after we left Vegas, the Internet system finally found our item and give us 3 option: pick it up by ourselves, sending it to us with $25, or throw it away. We found the service very inhuman, we were talking to human beings, not robots, but those people can be pretty much replaced by robots given the way they treat our case, and the security guard is even worse than a robot, since he is giving us false information and wasting our time and showing us non sense papers and talking all horrible things to us. This is a terribly managed hotel, with the whole purpose of sucking off your blood without any service.

Review 7:If you have been to those super hotels in the strip, you will realize that WYNN is the best. The hotel, the room, the casino, the show and even the club are all great. I have stayed in the Wynn Macau before, and this time the resort brought more surprise.
Review 8:The service isn't that good, the first day it took 3 hours to get my bags , the Internet didn't work very well the first couple of days no network service for your mobile in your room, when you press privacy for the room don't expect any cause the cleaning staff constantly try to enter the room, and being over charged in so many things.
Review 9:Nice room view
Review 10:No free water or coffee facilities in room which, for the price shouldbe included. Mini bar is over priced too, just because you choose to payhigh end prices for room and can afford to shouldn't mean they tryrip you off
Review 11:Top quality hotel, real high end of the market, rooms of an exceptionalstandard, view strip side on the 51st floor is amazing
Review 12:We were on the 23rd floor and we could hear the music from the night club downstairs at the pool till 430am. We had plans to leave for a hike that morning at 6am, but we pushed it back since we didn't get a good night sleep.
Review 13:The staff was extremely helpful.
Review 14:A bit too far from everything else on the strip. It's a minor gripe but it's a long walk back or the other choice is to jump in a cab and be stuck in traffic.
Review 15:Beautiful hotel, great restaurants, casino and facilities in the room were 5*.
Review 16:Extreemly expensive internet and food.
Review 17:Amazing view - worth the $30 upgrade. The room was perfect. Bed was so comfortable! Pool was beautiful. Will stay here again!
Review 18:After paying more than 800$, you cannot ask guest to pay for WiFi. Who doesn't provide free WiFi to the guest, especially a big resorts like Wynn? Also the hotel doesn't have any theme like Venetian or Cesar etc.
Review 19:Very clean, everything is shiny. Room service was good. Also got a very good view from the room. Staffs are friendly.
Review 20:Need more pictures of the room at booking.com website. Seeing the photos when booking made me expecting different room, but everything else is fine!
Review 21:I like the fact that the room is not so pricey. The mall at Wynn is one of the best high end malls I've ever been, the only one located within the hotel. The staffs are excellent. They also have great restaurants in the hotels.
Review 22:We feel unhappy about the limited facilities in the room. No coffee maker? I stay in a five star hotel does not mean I have to pay delivery fee to get a drinkable hot water! The brunch buffet on Thanksgiving morning was horrible. Very limited choices and more expensive than usual.
Review 23:The hotel is gorgeous outside and inside. We really like our room. We were upgraded to 59th floor faced to the strip. The view at night was awesome!
Review 24:Sound proof of the wall is really bad. I can literally hear everything people said in the room next to me. For a 5 star hotel like Wynn, this is not tolerable
Review 25:Nice staff, nice Casino, easy parking, and great ambience.
Review 26:Beautiful and spotlessly clean room with amazing view, 28th floor looking over the Strip. Very professional staff. Delicious food in the restaurants, we ate in Costa di Mare, The Country Club, Terrace Point Cafe, Drugstore Cafe. (The Buffet was closed for a refurb). Lovely pool and grounds, you can't believe you are in the middle of Vegas! Would love to return.
Review 27:Not a little bit
Review 28:Location is good, a big shopping mall right on the opposite side. Room is fantastic with a wonderful view. Just love it and we will def come back next time
Review 29:Some reception staff were not even smiling and does not seem to be very friendly. This hotel receives international guests so accommodate them as you would take care of your fellow countrymen. No oral care supplies provided. The signage for the bar supplies was too small to be noticed. Is it meant to deceive so that customer's can be charged extra?
Review 30:Julia of the reception staff was very accomodating. The room is spacious.
Review 31:Line ups at pool side cafe!!!!! No coffee In the rooms. Room service coffee In the am too expensive and took way too long. Otherwise a great place and great service
Review 32:Everything was amazing
Review 33:Despite the fact the rooms are spacious however they lack complimentary coffee machine .. A 5 star hotel with facilities as the wynn , its rooms should be equipped with complimentary coffee machine
Review 34:Location is extremely good Staff is very warm , friendly and helpfull
Review 35:no catel to get hot water , every time I need coffe or tea I have to call , windows can't open little so no fresh air leave the room back after hours smell the smoke , I don't like also the food ( it is not my favorite) no open buffet like most hotel in Middle East.
Review 36:Staff,location,everything, also the host refund some money to my credit card as a points ( I would like to thank him )
Review 37:You have to pay 1$ Per MINUTE!!!! to use the internet in the business center! Even 3 star hotels give that for free! Way too expensive considering the return. We took 100$ cheaper 4 star hotels per night which were much better and more comfortable near the strip.
Review 38:No compliment water in the room, 9$ for the water in minibar is too much No coffee machine, teapot and other staff (as expected from 5* hotels)
Review 39:Great location Great panoramic view from the rooms Beautiful and stylish interior Great restaurants in Wynn and Encore- good breakfasts at Terrace Buffet. Sunday brunch in County club was just awesome! Great swimming pool
Review 40:I didn't like the service , the room, the mattress was dirty, old blankets , they charged us extra money after that we waited like an hour .?
Review 41:Nothing
Review 42:That the internet was not checked,so it didn't worked until next day 10h morning, and we couldn't get our work done..
Review 43:The good taste decoration of the rooms and hotel the amazing wonderfull pool and the tower room sunraise vue..and private pool
Review 44:The room wasnt cleaned in a timely manner bathroom could have been cleaned better Left a glass with soda on the table for two days
Review 45:Very friendly staff I feel safe staying there
Review 46:I love that the casino doesn't hit you straight away like most Vegas hotels. Also it isn't as smoky. There is a great pool, the rooms are incredible and the other bars, restaurants and clubs are top notch.
Review 47:Long lines to the breakfest Buffet restaurant (hence the selection of food was stunning!)
Review 48:Simply excellent - specious rooms, modern design, plenty of amenities, great spa and pool area, stunning interior, great casino, interesting shows, cool night clubs
Review 49:Staff needs to be more friendly and helpfull. They act like they are the guests and you are the employee :)) 40 min wait to reach check-in desk 2hrs to get the room. No one cares, no information on time. Definetely not recommand to someone else. During your stay you will feel like you are not wanted around. Try other hotels.
Review 50:Dining was good. Room was clean. Casino is nice.
Review 51:The hotel allows for smoking in the common areas and does not have any no smoking designated areas.
Review 52:Staff friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Parking is free and so was the valet (except for the tip). The hotel was delightful. The room was spacious and well appointed. Great view of the Las Vegas strip.
Review 53:Staff in the buffet were rather bored.
Review 54:The bedroom comfort and facilities decoration and atmosphere in the hotel The Lakeside restaurant food and staff
Review 55:Having been offered a room upgrade,it was disappointing,on check out,to be charged more than agreed. The matter was, however, settled satisfactorily.
Review 56:A beautiful room with a stunning view, good selection of restaurants, and a very comfortable pool area.
Review 57:Unsure which rooms but I think upstairs, when they showered the noise of the water flowing though pipes in wall ( I assume ) was very noisy. Loud enough to wake you during the night, which happened during my stay. When mentioned to staff they do not take seriously. This is such a noise that I would be confident this is a regular moan from previous guests, but was told never heard this complaint. Find it hard to believe this has never been brought up by other guests.
Review 58:Very nice hotel with very good amenities.
Review 59:Spa & Hair Dressers was very good but ridiculously priced. The hairdressers quoted me and my friend a price then on completion gave us another price so a blow dry with a conditioning treatment was $200
Review 60:Lovely place to stay, fab luxuries Molton Brown, toiletries, electric curtains etc....,
Review 61:Steakhouse over priced.
Review 62:Decoration of the hotel is very fresh and colorful, having a drink by the waterfall was amazing, especially with the laser show.
Review 63:-wifi is paid?!? -you need to buy ticket for nightclub in hotel even you are staying at -some of the staff was very rude, arrogant which is not acceptable if you are paying a fortune per night -extremely hard to win at their casino! I lost my money but they have recorded me as a winner in their system!? I learned this info when I went to see casino's guest relations
Review 64:-Room's view (above 20th floor) -Air conditioning -decoration in lobby
Review 65:For that price, basic amenities like complimentary drinking water & a tea/coffee maker in the room is a must .
Review 66:Beautiful decor , lobby & common areas are wonderful , big spacious rooms & bathrooms, shopping gallery that connects Wynn & Encore is stunning , natural beauty & fountains are superb !
Review 67:Lack of coffee maker in the room
Review 68:Interior design was beautiful. Very professional. Quick elevator service to us on 53 floor. Escellent floor design so you do not have to walk a mile to your room..
Review 69:rooms are bright with nice color accents large room and comfortable beds the entire hotel was well lighted instead of dim as many vegas hotels are
Review 70:-no wifi outside of the room -we only got two vouchers for three people for the breakfast althought we booked the room for three people
Review 71:-service and location was great
Review 72:Having to leave. This hotel is perfect in every way.
Review 73:Everything - this hotel is by far the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service is exceptional and goes beyond most 5* hotels. The rooms are beautiful (even the basic resort rooms) however for a real treat the Tower rooms are out of this world and would not disappoint the most fussy guests. The buffet breakfast is consistently good and the staff cater to all dietary needs. I can not fault this hotel one bit - I would highly recommend this as the best hotel in Las Vegas (after staying at two other 5* hotels).
Review 74:The Wynn is a beautiful hotel. Love the Spa, workout equipment and pool. Everything, including the beautiful room was clean and luxurious. There were plenty of staff members, who were very friendly and very willing, to assist us.
Review 75:It's expensive. Checked in on Sunday, 9/13/15. Room = $164; Room Tax = $19.68; Resort Fee Charge = $29.00; Resort Fee Tax = $3.48. Total = $216.16 per day. Room would have been considerably more if we checked in Saturday night. They also apply a $150 "deposit" charge per day which then gets credited back to your account. Despite big $$$, will definitely stay there again.
Review 76:Awesome property - great staff and amenities. Five star all the way.
Review 77:Really liked the reception area and welcoming in to the hotel, the outside bar was fantastic in the evening. very luxurious and would definitely revisit.
Review 78:We stayed in the Towers section which has its own private entrance. The whole experience was fabulous and the perfect venue for a surprise engagement! Thank you to all the staff who made it a very special trip.
Review 79:I reserved the 2 rooms together with my relatives who spend the time together. But, since I reserved the room, I stay only in the good room, but they said my relatives can not stay in next room (saying the same level of room) and they had to pay extra money to stay next to our room. I don't understand that I reserved the 2 rooms at the same time as same deal in Booking.com. So, ended up we were staying in totally different floors. Felt little disappointed to be separated. We asked the questions about transportation to the airport, etc, but the concierge didn't tell us, even though they know. (For us not to go home? Stay more in hotel? Don't think so) So, we had to figure out by ourselves. Internet connection is very expensive, and it should be free connection for the customers.
Review 80:It is beautiful and luxurious hotel. Many selections of restaurants and shops. Room is clean and gorgeous with spacious bathroom. The show, Le Reve was amazing and very convenient to go to the Strip to travel around the area. Everything is wonderful and I like to stay again when I come back sometime.
Review 81:I was staying in the suite towers so Breakfast was by appointment some of the days so that they can accommodate the guests and its annoying when your planning your day.
Review 82:The total ambiance and hotel decoration! Plus The concierge was very helpful in planning our stay.
Review 83:Only small complaint was that we didn't get to check in until 2:00pmwhen we arrived at 9:30am. Booking.com asked if we were arrivingmorning/noon/evening but when selected I don't remember anyinformation about earliest projected check in time. It turned out okaybecause the bell hop held our bags until we got the keys to our room.
Review 84:We loved the staff. The whole grounds were super clean and the hotel hadeverything we needed.
Review 85:We are not so familiar with charged TV programs. So there is a wrong click for charged TV program, and immediately closed it. Then we were charged whole program. Suggest to show instruction on the table to avoid wrong selection.
Review 86:I was not informed about the additional obligatory fees for wifi and facility use... Even though I didn't need them, I had to pay for them unnecessarily.
Review 87:Lovely hotel in general in terms of design and aesthetics.
Review 88:Unfortunately our check in was delayed by 2.5 hours because their systems were down. The staff worked very hard to deal with this and make guests comfortable and we were compensated for the inconvenience, however surely there should be some kind of back up system in place for such a huge hotel.
Review 89:The Wynn is a great choice for luxury, location and atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful and the food very good.
Review 90:the line when we got at the hotel to check in. The line at the buffet breakfast when there were free tables inside. Room service was not great forgot few things and didnt bring the bill with order.
Review 91:The fantastic food at ANdreas restaurante. The amazing show Le REve The entrance floowers arrangements carrasule, etc. THe gym and bedroom spacious and nice. Fantastic concierge and helicopter organizer.
Review 92:During the days the tables are expensive at $25 per bet. If you walkacross to another hotel you can get $10 per bet. Reception staff wereextremely rude, they told us that the Booking.com rate was incorrectand therefore we were being over charged. We spent close to 2 hoursover 3 conversation convincing the staff that our Booking.com rate wascorrect. Because we received a Booking.com rate we received poor anddiscounted service from the reception staff. Room must be above the 37floor and away from the Encore hotel as their nightclub will keep youup all night.
Review 93:The Pool and Cabana were great. The buffet breakfast was fresh andoffered a wide variety of food. Housekeeping staff respond quickly.
Review 94:Understated luxury and elegance. Everything just worked without having to shout out loud about it. Lovely bathroom, fluffy thick towels, comfortable bed, and one touch control pad for lighting and curtains. Loved this hotel. Also liked the light show and the classier clientele here
Review 95:Wifi, there was free access but it was really poor then they wanted you to pay for faster one. Such a shame hotels do this.
Review 96:Fabulous hotel, everything you want from a hotel in Vegas, the glamour and yet the comfort. Staff so friendly.
Review 97:The only thing which went wrong were our discussion with the concierge. We asked him for a good restaurant outside the resort, but he couldn't help us out. He was just repeating the list of Wynn's amenities (like a commercial in the TV).
Review 98:For me it's the best play to stay on the strip. It's very classy and elegant. Staff is very kind and helpful. Moreover the view from the upper bedrooms is amazing. Had such a good time.
Review 99:What i didn't like that the hotel blocks insurance with the amount of 150$ On each day which ends up blocking a huge amount & some people would not be ready to reserve this amount.
Review 100:Wynn is the hotel anyone could wish to stay at because the top notch facilities and friendly staff. Everything in Wynn is perfectly as it should be. I highly recommend staying there.
Review 101:I've stayed here before and have always enjoyed my experience. My only complaint this time was that the casino smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Because it was really hot outside, perhaps the ventilation system was operating properly,
Review 102:I love the pool area, and the lunch restaurant overlooking the pool. The rooms are large and well appointed, and the bathrooms are nice and large.
Review 103:Bathroom toilet area reeked of urine, despite appearing to be clean, pillows; of the four provided, two were enormous and basically unusable as sleeping pillows. Automated control over the drape and window sheers did not allow us to partially open or close them - it was an all or nothing situation. The clerk that monitored entry into the elevator area giving access to the rooms did not regulate foot traffic - instead of guiding ingress and egress to the area, he just watched as a mass of people entering the casino area from the elevators walked all over those trying to get to the elevators. my shoe was kicked by one such person and I nearly fell.
Review 104:Room size, quality of materials - carpet, hard flooring, etc
Review 105:Wifi service is still paid comparing with another hotels on the stripwho they offer the wifi free for the rooms.
Review 106:The pool was amazing , the hotel problem is that they are concentratingon the Casino and didn't take into their consideration the servicesof another tourists.
Review 107:Front desk will give you a hard time if you need to modify a reservation that has been made through a third party such as booking.com.
Review 108:Great location and amenities.
Review 109:Had to wait for some 10min for check-in...but I fear that's unavoidable in large Strip based LV Hotels.
Review 110:Top Hotel with Top Service but also top prices. However, we really enjoyed our stay at Wynn Las Vegas.
Review 111:Lunch buffet in Ceasers palace more elaborate in my opinion.
Review 112:Good location nice view to the strip of the rooms overlooking the strip, every thing under one roof, nice concept!
Review 113:Room,restaurants spa, pools , decor and staff were outstanding!! Two staff members though particularly caught my attention Justin that worked in the coffee shop and the lady I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was filling in for another lady and did a great job of cleaning our room in Thursday. Also Geoffrey our waiter at the lakeside restaurant was great.
Review 114:Cruel treatment of the live lobsters in restaurants - much worse than other places I have been to that insist on showing live lobsters, really ruined our experience. Also digital controls for room air-con and lights + wall switches didn't work properly, ended up going to the toilet in the dark all the time. Extremely bright display lights on phones which you can only turn off by unplugging at wall. Noise coming up from bars etc late at night.
Review 115:Nice sized room, good facilities in general, although their cost should be included in room price and not charged separately as a 'resort fee'.
Review 116:The wifi should be free as it is in most other hotels. I travel a lot for work and was surprised that it was not included considering the price to stay there.
Review 117:The decor in the rooms and hotel are beautiful
Review 118:Little difference between foods at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Needs more variety of foods.
Review 119:Great rooms, customer service, facilities, and location.
Review 120:The pool working hours, 8am-7pm are quite inconvenient and disappointing, I believe, something like 5am-10pm would be much better. The whole hotel and casino is a smoking area, the room is absolutely clean though.
Review 121:Having to call the reception each time to connect to Wifi and the Wifi only worked in the room. Also we requested for a fridge that was never delivered.
Review 122:The room and surroundings were beautiful.
Review 123:If you want to be close to most main attractions on the strip, you're not. The room was comfortable but not amazing.
Review 124:This is definitely a luxury hotel, you pay a lot of money and you get amazing service and wonderful facilities (pool, restaurants, shops).
Review 125:Hotel placed itself to be luxury. But electronic lock in our room was out of order twice and keys were replaced 3 (!) times over two nights of staying there. Hotel is very pleasant and beautiful but looks like conveyor and in such circumstances reliability is more important rather than impression by printing unique key for each guest.
Review 126:Staff responsiveness, lobby and room style, bathroom
Review 127:My wife paid $50 for the resort dinner Buffet and found that nothing was provided there that she could eat! No lean or heart-healthy selections were to be found, but an over-abundance of fattening, rich, and fried foods were. We are from Seattle, and the good restaurants here always provide healthy selections. One would think that the Wynn would be more with the times! On another subject, we were very shocked that you could hear normal conversations in the rooms adjacent to ours. There was obviously no sound-proofing in the walls, and one would expect better for the price we paid to stay.
Review 128:It was truly a great place to visit - very beautiful to see. We loved the singing frog.
Review 129:The cleanliness of the pool. Due to the fact that guests can eat drink in the pool, towards the end of the day the pool was not as clean as it should be.
Review 130:We absolutely loved this hotel, fabulous. Every single aspect has been thought through and our expectations were surpassed. We cannot think of a single recommendation to give to Mr. Wynn other than thank you for this fantastic hotel.
Review 131:Recently we spend some time in Wynn hotel for my birthday. It is still the BEST hotel in Los Vegas. The service, the food, the cleanness in the room, the beddings, the show Le Reve. The luxury atmosphere in all. Thank u mister Wynn.
Review 132:I loved the mattress and the pillows. I actually bought the mattress and pillows right there in Home store, Wynn.
Review 133:The inclusive breakfast rate booked still showed as a bill charge at checkout, when queried this was removed. Secondly, the one night deposit taken at booking many months prior, was not deducted off the final bill. Having not checked this until my return home I have taken this up with them, and after much email tennis they have finally admitted it, and refused to refund the amount unless the instructions come from booking.com who I booked with. I am still in the middle of trying to explain this to them and being that you speak to a different person every time I am not getting anywhere. I shall refer the matter to Amex to decline the charge now. I do wonder if this is a question of "calculated confusion" placing these extra charges on people's bills to see what they can get away with. It isn't the first time I have experienced a problem with Wynn.
Review 134:Excellent hotel, stunning decorations and furnishings. Very clean and staff all seem helpful.
Review 135:I didn't understand your statements. Both me and my girlfriend didn't understand we had WiFi available for us, yet we didn't use but got charged as if we did.
Review 136:Freedom
Review 137:Breakfast buffet price doubled for the holiday weekend - $185 for a family of four!
Review 138:Hotel is stunning, certainly one of the best we went to whilst in Vegas. Our panoramic room had amazing views across city. Lovely plush decor with big bathrooms and nice amenities. Pool area was lovely and very relaxing.
