Review 2：Great location between airport an the city, 500m to the rail/subway station with the trains to Barcelona and Monserrat. Interesting design, nice view from the top floors. Free Airport shuttle

Review 11：No water, you had to pay. No ice. Breakfast was expensive. You had to pay for their shuttle to take you to La Rambla. You had to pay to get to the airport. They are close to the airport, but no shuttle. Within walking distance from a beautiful and huge mall. Beds are all twins. Hubby and I slep separately.

Review 12：Facility is near the airport, but you have to pay 24euros for a taxi. Hotel is expensive. Not close to the center of attraction. They did have a shuttle that would take you to La Rambla, but you have to pay 4 euros roundtrip per person. Staff is very nice and welcoming and speak excellent English. Facilities are beautiful and clean and modern. Room is small but bathroom is open concept (not much privacy) and very comfortable.

Review 13：Comfortable hotel for staying one night and relax between connecting flights. Very big and modern-furnished rooms, and free transfer to the airport. In summary, a short but pleasant stay.

Review 14：The toilets did not have proper doors. The hotel is located pretty far from the metro or bus station. I came to barcelona main train station late at night from where I had to take metro with 2 changes. The metro route was very confusing. It wasn't overall a good experience.

Review 16：Terms and conditions in the hotel wasn't good. I paid for 10 nights but only stayed for 3 nights due to some reasons. But the hotel management refused to refound me the money of the other 7 night. Very bad. Staff are not too friendly.

Review 17：This hotel is for sure not a 4 star hotel. Parking was expensive, room service was very very expensive , and when you try to order something no one speaks English (at least in my case when i called them twice in 2 days) the roof in the WC was leaking and water was droping from the lights bulbs!!! i called the reception and instead of me sleeping, i had to wait for the repair man to fix it (very polite man though) i had to check out early (thursday evening instead of Friday morning ) and no one even suggested to have a small discount as i did not fully use the room. The bed was moving as it had wheels (how stupid is that), and the pillow was so hard that i had a headache after i was waking up every day.

Review 18：Ordered wake up call didn't ring what lead to almost being late for expensive out of town excursion. And all what we get at front desk for our complain was "sorry".

Review 24：I chose this hotel to use the hottub as it was at the end of a ling trip for us, but when i came to check in I saw the sign about the jacuzzi being broken and the spa closed, they just said it was too late to cancel my booking and too late to find me another room in their other hotel with a spa. The surrounding neighborhood is dead, there are no amenities, we walked from the nearest train station at night and didn't feel that safe.

Review 28：- There is no door to the shower, so be ready to see each other's buffs - Location is pretty far from the center so expect to spend 4.30 Euros to get to the center by the metro. There is a transfer from the hotel to Rambla which we missed, and there might be an easier way to get to the center but we've failed to find it))

Review 32：The advanced rate booked at 3 months before arrival was about 10% more than the "free cancellation rate" offered 1 week before the arrival date which was funny, but it could be due to the last minute promotion to avoid vacancy. No door to the shower which can be a little bit awkward for friends travelling together.

Review 38：the rude and arrogant lady at the reception who was on duty on the 22nd night .She was thinking by responding to some queries of the guest she was doing us a favor instead of attending to the guest politely and with curtsy she was rude and arrogant in her replies and had an attitude that does not call for good hospitality staff of such a good hotel .she was the lady sitting on the right side of the reception when the guest enters and i had approached her somewhere after the hour of 11pm incidentally i had met with similar response from her when I had checked in even though she was not the lady who checked me in but I had approached her for some information her approach was similar but it was my first day so had ignored it but was surprised that she had a similar behavior also on the 22nd and that got my only negative conclusion on the stay at the hotel.

Review 40：Close to the airport, 25 euro taxi fare to the hotel. Comfortable, modern room and no noise at night. Only 5 minute walk to Europa Fira station and then 3 stops to Placa Espana so it only took about 20 minutes in total to get into Barcelona centre. Good choice at breakfast. They have a secure area to store bags if you have a later departure.

Review 41：Staff turned off the lights while we and our friends were sitting and chatting in the lobby. That was a shock! Restaurant server was irritated when we asked for a side-plate while sitting in the lobby. Selected 'fair' for cleanliness, only because our room was NOT cleaned when we returned late to our room on the first night and had to trouble the front desk for at least fresh towels, soap, etc. To date, no price adjustment or apology offered from management.

Review 45：The low lying twins beds attached had wheels, felt as if in hospital bed, these beds need to be kicked. No shops close by, 10 mins walk to the nearest metro (Euro Fira), no daily supply of water in the room. Outdated box shaped TV, the bathrooms have no doors.

Review 51：Now let me preface by saying this was our first experience with an European hotel which we found different from U.S. hotels. My biggest complaint would have to be the bed. Hard, uncomfortable and back ache making. The light switch situation was confusing, even after being there for 3 days we couldn't figure them out. Too many switches controlling too many lights all over the room. We sampled the food in the restaurant for breakfast but we were not impressed. Bland taste and some molding fruit made it a so-so experience. Thin walls in the room made every noise obvious, especially the bathroom...yes I mean those noises! Not much privacy either in the whole of the room. Couples traveling together would be Ok but friends or others maybe not? The bathroom, except the toilet, is open to the whole room except for a retractable blind.

Review 52：Location..Location..Location! Great place to stay to see the sights and the city. Close walk to everything. Mall, which was very modern and big with wide variety if stores and fast foods. Subway train station, which can take you anywhere. We used train to go to city plaza and walked from there to Olympic Stadium. Take train to AVE station, which is bullet train, to explore rest of Europe. We went to Madrid via AVE train to further our experience. View from our room was nice and pleasant. Very friendly staff always ready to help with our questions and directions. WiFi was great and easily accessible, we had no problems with connection to it. We used shuttle bus from airport and, except for the 45 minute wait in the hot sun with no place for shade, it was convenient.

Review 53：Wear-and-tear shows; instead of a queen bed we got two singles that had been pushed together (I think the entire hotel is like that); the shower doesn't have a door and water can spill/splash out;

Review 55：The spa times could have been extended as it would have allowed us to make better use of the facilities. The building itself could have been promoted better as its signage wasn't very well lit. It was lit from the front but would have needed lighted signage on the side of the building.

Review 56：The location suited us as it wasn't in the city centre so it was quieter. Staff were friendly, approachable, helpful and informative. Having the bus to and from the airport was great. It was within walking distance from the metro and bus stations.

Review 57：The tv didn't function very well and the internet was weak in one particular location. There is no desk or work table which I didn't need, but I could imagine a business traveler would want one.

Review 58：This hotel has the amenities one would expect from an airport hotel, including a free shuttle to/from the airport. It has offers an inexpensive shuttle to Las Ramblas as well as a shuttle to the cruise port at a cost comparable to a taxi. The bar/lounge offers a limited menu, but the food is quite good. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all of our questions.

Review 59：There's no desk in the room which might put off business travelers. Also, it took a bit of experimenting to figure out how all the lights work. A minor thing; the color of the bedspreads needs changing.

Review 60：The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport that runs about every 45 minutes. In addition, they have a bus that makes a round trip run to Las Ramblas for a nominal fee. Available also is a shuttle to the the cruise port that costs about 20€, which is a little less than a taxi. The hotel is clean and has a friendly and helpful staff. The bar/lounge is comfortable with a good, but limited menu. The air conditioning in the room is more than adequate and the bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The shower is large with both a rain shower head and a hand sprayer. I would stay here again.

Review 62：The room was extremely hot, over 80 degrees the whole time we were there. I called the front desk twice to complain and nothing was done. The internet does not work in the room, you need to go downstairs to the lobby to use the internet and even then its spotty. The staff was not friendly, i asked for ice and was told by 2 different people to grab it in different locations and the bartender i did get it from was extremely rude. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
