Review 1：Only paid wi-fi (the one at the reception which was said to be free, was not working) althought on the booking.com it says that the wi-fi is for free in all areas. The location itself also isn't great - there is no beach (only rocks), no old-town, no infrastructure (a couple of small shops), you really feel isolated (unless you have a car). The restaurant has nice food, but we saw several large cockroaches running on the floor.

Review 2：All the complex was ok, it has all you need - swimming pool, restaurant, the rooms are spacious and the staff seemed friendly.

Review 3：Poorly appointed kitchen, no frypan, no teaspoons, dirty toilets (including toiled brush). Noisy, including karake from insitu "chicken shak" taberna. No lights on bed tablets and low watts bulbs on dealing one (reading a book was a real effort)....

Review 7：We were put into a self catering apartment, the blankets were dirty and covered in paint, the apartment was dirty, the lock was removed on the bathroom door and would not close properly. The kitchen cupboards were falling off and the fridge at the bottom was rusty, ants crawling all over our food and all the electric blew whilst having a shower so I fell getting out of the bath in pitch black, for a self catering apartment you then have to hire a kettle toaster microwave and TV per day, we were moved to a different apartment the following day after being very upset which was lovely but no one should be expected to go through this before hand. The evening receptionist was very nice, however the day receptionist was extremely rude, their was no reason for this, I said the patio doors were not secure and could be easily opened from outside so I asked for a safe key, he then said that their would be a charge, if the property is not secure then that should be their responsibility, some of the resorts are residence and are taking their children to school early or are getting ready for work so don't expect a Sleep in if your a light sleeper.

Review 15：Room was very dated and not very clean (hairs in the bathroom on arrival are not really appreciated). The beds (my apartment was a twin) were about the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in my many years travelling. The noise from neighbouring apartments was unacceptable, not necessarily down to the other occupants but simply that there is zero soundproofing.

Review 16：The apartments are cheap (at least mine was at about £26 per night for 3 nights) and the apartments are centrally located in Costa del Silencio, close to the bars & restaurants. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big. I didn't use the pool, bar or restaurant so can't comment on those.

Review 40：The location is only few minutes drive from the airport and a couple of minutes from the beautiful blue sea I often travel to tenerife and Alondras park is on top of the list with friendly staff good food on the restaurant on side and very quite o the night time . All through if you like to party till the next morning las America and los cristianos are only 10 minutes drive away . So for same one that wonted value for money and friendly staff this is the place for you.

Review 41：The place needs badly investment. Kitchen equipment like electric kettle is for refundabl deposit. TV is paid. The quipment is very old and used. Cannot recoomend this place if you plan to spend nice holidays.

Review 42：The guy who owns this place also owns a large slice of all that is "phone recharge, cheap electrical goods etc.", so think "Mittal buusiness plan", rather than "typical Canarian culture". I've spent a week here while I had my house redecorated. You get what you pay for.... I honestly cannot complain.

Review 54：Apartment was seriously 'run down'. Looked fine on pictures but only 2 of 4 rings on hob worked. When we tried a 3rd one it blew the electrics. Bathroom fittings were of different colours and cistern was broken. Worst of all was the beds which were horrendously noisy - metal grinding metal at even the slightest turn. The apartment was big enough to move the mattresses on to the floor in order to get some undisturbed sleep

No kettle (until we rented one) & no microwave-so could only cook on the small hob. Also big difference in apartmentquality across the complex- with a heavily pregnant wife & 2 smallkids, we were sent up 3 flights of stairs to the apartment furthestfrom the facilities & entrance! Also one of the chairs broke onday 2, and despite promises to repair/replace nothing was donebefore we left.

Review 69：The complex is dated but functional - dont expect 3 or 4 star, these are definately 2 star but good value for money. You have to leave a deposit for things like toasters, kettles, TV buttons/reviever etc but this is refunded at the end of your holiday. Aparently the Spanish holiday makers pinch them!! The 2 bedroomed apartment does not have a wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom or one in the living area (the 1 bedroomed did have both though)

Review 70：The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious (we had a 1 bedroomed and a 2 bedroomed) and we had a pool view. There are 3 pools which are very clean and great fun. There is a late bar (The Chicken Shack) on site also - the staff there are very friendly too, we had a great time. There is free wifi in reception and in the bar.

Review 71：The park is too noisy. Most of appatments are situated to have a balcony (bedroom) into the center of the park where there are placed 3 swimming pools. If there are several children in the park, all voice and screaming goes up to appartment bedrooms. There is a bar in the swimingpool area which plays the radio for almost a whole day. It is a very noisy accommodation. I do not strongly recommend it to people who are going to search for a rest and peace. With respect of an accommodation. Beds are terrible. It needs to be changed. I felt springs on my back for the whole night. They should invest to renew some of appartment equipment. I would immegine to get more for money I am spending.

Review 72：While this was an apartment style hote, I would have hoped for some dish washing liquid to wash the dishes provided in addition to the towels that were provided. We ended up buying our own, but only used a little bit. We left if for the next guests but I am sure the cleaning crew will take it and put it somewhere else.

Review 74：The internet was realy slow in the reception area and i asked if i can rent a modem i was told i need to wait a day or two because they got a new type of modems and needed to set it up first, i asked sevral times for it during my two week stay and still couldn't get it.
