Review 1：The breakfast everytime was the same,only two swimming pools outside with very cold water ( it was more warm in the ocean :) ) and one indoor pool but you have to pay 8 euro/entrance +4 euro for swimming hat. I dont recomand this hotel to young families in this time of year

Review 3：Faded decor in apartment. A cigarette burn on my duvet cover. I intended to sleep on the put you up in the lounge but it was broken so had to drag one of the single beds into the lounge instead. No toiletries supplied. Tv old and on the blink. Advertised as 4 star,more like 2 star.

Review 5：many of the apartments have no sun at all, very cold in winter. Balconies lack privacy. Pool area very barren, stone and concrete everywhere, therefore a very unattractive hotel.

Review 8：I loved the play areas for the children. The swimming pools were alsovery good. The apartments were well equipped with a microwave andwashing machine.

Review 9：On the second day found a large cockroach in the sleeping room, asked the room service to spray smth. Did not see any insects more ( only ants), but were a little bit confused anyway.. Children always asked for yellow sand beach, but it was almost 40 km away) Northern tenerife is actually colder than southern.

Review 10：Good place for family. Children playgrounds and swimming pools are nice. Not far from the city center, loro park, black beach Jardin and all the facilities like shops and restaurants. Good food in the restaurant. Buss stasjon is 5 min from the hotel.
