Review 1：If you pay for an apartment you expect to get at least the ability to spend a couple of nights in & cook for yourselves. This place was niether comfortable nor equiped to do so. very poor level of any thing. For a town that has huge numbers of English speaking tourists they could not even be bothered to supply 1 channel in English on the TV. Certainly would never stay there again.

Review 3：I need to pay 6euros(one day) for wifi and its only available on firstfloor next to reception.no shampoo&body wash gel. we bought our own later. But I think its better to buy more better quality at shops than those one-use shampoo :> and there is supermarket just right next to reception. limited variation of food for breakfast. loved the cookies and eggs but I think there should be more different vegetables or meat food

Review 4：Location! Boom! You can walk to the Loro parque and on the way to thezoo, there is beach (max.10mins). +Bus station 5mins on foot. The roomneat,clean bathroom and water pressure is superrrr/ The elevator isalways on first floor waiting for me huehue건물에서 나와서 오른쪽으로 가면 로로파크(동물원)에 걸어서 10분 걸립니다. 가는 길 중간에 해변도 있고 옆에 돌쌓는 곳도 있습니다. 반대로 건물에서 나와서 왼쪽으로 걸어서 길한번 건너면 버스 정류장이 쭉 있습니다. (30분걸려서 la orotava에 가거나 costa adeje에 가거나 여러곳으로 가는 정류장들입니다.) 방은 깨끗했고요, 청소하는 아주머니들이 친절합니다. 건물은 조금 오래된것 같기도 하지만 화장실은 리모델링이 제대로 된 것같아서 화장실이 특히 마음에 들었습니다. 샤워기 물 수압 최고입니다. 아주 어린 아이들이 놀 수 있는 장소가 따로 있더라고요. 한국맥도날드같은 곳에 있는 놀이터요.

Review 7：It is very, very dirty. It doesn't seems like they are cleaning the room at all. They do not clean the room daily. They do not take care of the beds, but worst, the kitchen and the bathrooms are not cleaned when you arrive. For the night you are only offered a blanket, - and that is not clean either. There was lipstick from a previous user! The furniture is very old. There are no soap at the bathroom, - only shampoo. And no hairdryer. In the kitchen there are no salt, pepper and so on. And there are no dish soap either. There is a lot of noise from the neighbors.

Review 16：The location of tis hotel is just perfect. The beach is really close, loro parque as well and the bus station is 100 meters. You can walk to the center through beautiful streets and it takes about 15 minutes. It's also really good value for the money. The staff is really friendly and the place is really clean.

Review 24：Be ready there no wiffi in the rooms only in the reception, need to pay, which we didnot use. Because every coffee place had wiffi for free :) There no hair dryer!!!! neither ironing.

Review 43：Noise around the clock: 1.) Noisy construction in work (at next hotel across the street) 2.) Noisy trucks all day long in the narrow street, rush our beginning at 7 in the morning. 3.) Tour busses waiting at the neigbour hotel with engine idling 4.) Water tanks sprinkling the garden with noisy stinking petrol engine pumps 5.) noisy garbage disposal in the stree (garbage trucks) every night 6.) I asked at the reception desk for for information about hiking (hiking is quite popular in that area) the hotel employee didn't know nothing, than I found a lot of flyers in the lobby - that was what I was looking for ... asked the guy again and he was like "Oh that, yeah, uh, heay, sorry ..." 7.) low budget breakfast 8.) my room was obiously cleaned in a hurry - the balcony door was spattered with fruits or something (looked like barf) from a predecessor's party or something. Well, all the noise related topics especially apply to the side my accomodacion was located, the other side of the building may be better.

Review 96：We didn't like the vast amounts of school children and teens using the hotel as a playground day and night. The rooms were not family friendly if you had a young child or baby with you. There were huge gaps above and below the safety railing on the balcony where a small child could easily get through.

Review 97：The location was central to where we needed to be with plenty of facilities around us. We found the staff to be cheerful and helpful and all in all the hotel was clean and right for what we needed.

Location is good, near buses and beach, a level walk into the centre of town for shops, restaurants etc. For the price the apartments are excellent value, not luxurious but everything works. The pool on the roof is lovely, clean and a reasonable size. The views are not brilliant but we could see Teide from our room and got afternoon sun on the balconey. Breakfast was generous with a good choice and lots of fresh fruit, again good value for money. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

Review 111：- Very thin windows. You can be woken up by rubbish car in night very easy. Also when there is windy eve, you can get bit cold in room. - We ordered our room for three people. Our room was made only for two - there were two blankets, two tea cups etc. So i asked in reception about another one. Nothing happened. After four hours asked again and the guy in reception with non-interested face promise that this will be done bit later. - Wanted to see the pool on the top of the hotel, but there were some cockroaches by the way. Not good impression.

Review 112：You can get easily from this hotel to all interest points with feet. The distance is not very big. +Breakfest was good. I enjoyed.

Review 113：The breakfast was OK, but not of very high quality, and the eggs and bacon, hot food, etc. was not hot!! They need to turn on the mechanism to keep it warm. Room was a little noisy due to music and entertainment across the street which filtered through the windows until late. Again, it was cheap so I can´t be too critical, but it´s a rather basic accomodation.

Review 114：Hmmmmmmmm, the price for the two nights was very cheap, with breakfast included, so I think that the offer was fair. However, I could hear the entertainment across the street at another hotel until late, so careful with the location of the rooms facing that side. The hotel is very basic, so if that´s what you´re looking for, then you´ll be OK. I was fine for 2 nights, but I´m not sure I´d want to stay longer. If you´re looking for an apartment-type lodging, which is not expensive, it´s OK.

Peurto de la Crus is much more Spanish orientated than the South, with better shops etc; The weather is a couple of degrees colder and you need a jumper in the evening.

Review 133：This hotel is great you have the option of a very reasonable price buffet for all meals or a supermarket with very comparable prices in the complex. The pool is fantastic with the background of the volcano and sea views all around. Lots of loungers and shade if you want it. A reasonable cost safe deposit in the room. Tv is all Spanish but channel 51 is a Discovery channel and lots of lovely nature programs easy to enjoy if you want. The fridge has an ice box. Balcony has a view past the next hotel to the sea and para-gliders entertain in the evening. Nice to watch from the balcony. The room is spacious and spotless. The bus service is great and a stop on the corner has a bus every half hour down to the centre of town avoiding the hills! The bus station is 3 mins walk and you can get anywhere on the island from there. Both airports are served from there. Look up Titsa website for timetables. Drivers are more than helpful. Buy a Bono vista card and bus travel is ridiculously cheap. The hotel advertises no parking but there is parking around and a car hire firm operates from the hotel so don't be put off. But who wants a car when the bus is so close and good. Top tip take the 381/382 from the corner to the last stop, town centre and get the free train to the parrot show. You don't have to go in there is a little cafe there you can get a drink and you can walk to the beach from there and or take the train back down lovely scenic ride for free. The fact that the hotel is mainly Spanish speaking shouldn't put you off I managed for a week and don't speak Spanish but had great service and when I wanted to book excursions the receptionist telephoned on his own mobile to someone who spoke English to help me get what I needed. How much more helpful can you be?

Review 134：Lots of people smoking at their balconies, with that stink coming up into our balcony. Wifi available for money and only at the ground floor/reception area.

Review 135：Kitchenette with all the dishes, a wall dividing sleeping area and the main room/balcony. Daily cleaning (except Sundays) and towel changing. Location and price are good!

Review 136：in the rooms around us were smokers and when they smoked on the balcony it was annoying, they could be accommodaded in another part of the hotel than nonsmokers Internet only for a fee and in common rooms, I think nowadays coul be a free Internet in the rooms a matter of course.
