Review 8：The staff were extremely friendly. The decor of our twin room was lovely - fresh and simple. The roof terrace was a great added bonus - lots of room and beautiful views of the valley. Location is perfect as you are only steps from the main square but no noise reached our room. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Review 9：Breakfast was very very good and staffs very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. I recommend you to go to the restaurant Turandot which is not too far from the hotel.

Review 10：Very very small room. Not a lot of room or hotel amenities, as there was no coffee maker in room or extras such as chocolates, ice (though they could get you a little from their restaurant across the way) complimentary morning drinks etc. Basically bare minimum. Not a lot of staff to help guests as only one person at the desk at a time. One staff person more genuinely nice and helpful than the other without it being an imposition.

Review 11：Begur is amazingly beautiful and the hotel is clean and centrally located with someone to help you figure out the beaches and point you to the bus.

Review 18：I wished it has a pool, as I was there off season, I had to walk to the beaches as no buses running so it would have been nice sometimes to have a pool option. It's also a little expensive for a solo traveller.

Review 27：Not a complaint but some might find getting to the hotel by car a problem through narrow streets. Probably best to ask the hotel for details of where to park and walk there.

Review 28：The room was just right with a view of the Castella on the hill. The roof terrace also had amazing views. Having a Spa bath was a treat, very good breakfasts and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great with great choice of restaurants nearby. would recommend it and will return.

Review 30：The position of the hotel was wonderful- right in the centre and near the castle The staff were really helpful - they helped with suitcases and information the breakfast was outstanding. We felt the staff did everything to make up for the fact that you cannot park in this medieval town. The twon is stunning.

Review 31：Very little to dislike - it was a great hotel and although expensive, was worth the cost. Rooms perhaps could have been a bit cleaner, but that is really picking at details. Nearer parking (instead of 10 min walk out of the village) would have been great, but that is the trade-off for a central Begur location.

Review 32：Very friendly and helpful staff. When I arrived and got an allergic skin reaction, possibly due to cleaning products used, they moved me to another better room at no cost. Turns out I got the allergy several times more in unrelated circumstances not tied to Hotel Rosa, but they still went out of their way to make sure I was fine. Really great staff, good breakfasts, and fantastic location. thanks!

Review 33：It was quite difficult to get a car to the hotel entrance, I didn't bother and instead carried out bags for a ten minute walk to the car. Not a huge problem for us but it might be for other people.

Review 74：Hotel Rosa is a well run establishment. The staff is wonderful and therooms are small but clean and very comfortable. They ring their churchbells in Begur at odd hours in the night, but with the windows closedmost of the sound is muffled. The breakfast is the best part of the deal- a wide range or home made and/or organic items and all very tasty.Highly recommended.

Review 75：Really good service, nice staff that took care of everything. They had gluten free bread and cakes for me for the breakfast, so if you are celiac request it when you book. We had a very chilled and nice stay and really enjoyed their spa.

Review 86：We were looking for a hotel in a small town on the Costa Brava away from the high rises and we found it. Hotel Rosa is located in the middle of an old hilltop town. Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was vey good with something for everyone. Rooms were a comfortable size with a great bath and shower. The church bell ringing added some additional charm but was easily blocked out by closing the window.
