Review 1：Eve entertainment not v good-frequently finished early. No kettle in appartment. Only 2 English speaking tv channels-BBC world service and CNN -both boring and repetitive-compared with about 30 German channels of every type!!!!! No lift either making it very difficult for oldies like me dragging suitcase up and down 4flights of stairs!!!!

Review 3：Bed not the most comfortable, had plastic mattress cover which meantcotton sheets kept slipping off also thin mattress. Bathroom showingsigns of wear and tear but ok. Only one uk channel (bbc World service)more English language shows needed especially once kids gone to bed!Overall kids entertainment was ok the resident performers worked hardbut could be more mindful what they promote as entertainment: yesterdaythey did a fashion show after breakfast with inappropriate referencesand also made fun (with bad Chinese accents) of the Asian women who workon the beach. I heard no laughter, probably because this act was illthought out, indulgent and not funny.

All-inclusive menu had good selection.Nice to have black out curtains as well as good air con in my roomLocation was great, very close to bus station, mini tour train, shops,restaurants and beach. Daily activities on stage for both children andadults was ok most of the time (eg. 3 daily performances) kids cluboffered: horse riding, pool games, treasure hunt, face painting,singalong acts etc and for adults: archery, water polo, Zumba etc andevening entertainment until 11.00pm. Decent pool area for kids butnearby beach even better with stunning silvery sands and shallow warmwater going out for approx 100 metres perfect for young kids; beach wasbusy but had enough space and loungers to go around.

Review 5：Beds extremely uncomfortable, Very poor mattress. I paid good money for a double room and therefore expect a double bed not two singles stuck together. Very poor sleeping due to loudness and shouting on the road at night even though asked for quiet room. Night entertainment very poor. Front desk staff should be more polite a smile doesn't cost anything. !!!

Review 11：Hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly and pool side activities were brilliant. Hotel exceptionally clean. Food was geared up for a German palette. But it was interesting trying out new foods. Very good quality food.

Review 33：The buffet restaurant was too small and felt crowded and too hectic. Some of the people working in the reception weren't up to the standards when it comes to customer service. This does not concern the one gentleman working there.

Review 34：The location was perfect with regard to the Ironman race in Alcudia. Nice pool area for the kids. Spacious rooms. Try to get a room towards the yard, not the streets.

Review 38：The apartments are basic but good value for money. The swimming pool would be excellent for the children and we will bring them next time. We chose this because we were doing the Half Ironman and it was so close to the Transition zone / start. The beach is 2 minute walk away.

Review 47：Cold at night-time (heating unavailable every night even when requested- told every room on one generator which was swithced off on somenights) hence not disability friendly for my 76 year old disabled mumwho caught a cold virus followed by a chest infection, she was bed boundfor approx 5 days, we reserved a disabled room but only got one after 3days of staying in another not quite suitable room, another disabledcustomer whom we met had the same problem (he was a wheelchair user) andthey finally got room number 3029. I emailed a distress message to youbut got no reassurance, staff in restaurant only friendly if we ate inthe restaurant on a daily basis otherwise they were emotionallyhostile/ignorant/unfriendly. I offered to be a witness to theseother British Disabled Travellers.
