Review 1：found that with only one waiter on in the evenings to serve it was very slow not his fault but think it could be much improved on and not have people waiting for so long for service

Review 5：The TVs were locked so that english speaking quests could not select the correct language on the spanish tv channels. Most spanish channels have dual language option. This reduced our choose to BBC1, 2, CBeebies.

Review 8：Great kids pools and kids club, entertainment and kids disco every night was the highlight for our children. All inclusive option was good value and the quality of food and drink was excellent.

Review 11：I have a back problem and the beds were a bit hard. As soon as I mentioned it a topper mattress appeared which sorted out the problem. Very impressed with the service. The staff couldn't do enough.

Review 14：Lasten altaan vesi voisi olla vähän lämpimämpää. Allasbaarin ruoka oli vähän mautonta ja haaleaa, joskin syötiin siellä vaan kerran. Lähistöllä on paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja.

Review 15：Allasalue ja leikkialueet tosi hyvät lasten kanssa, superior huone puhdas ja riittävän tilava, keittonurkkaus ihan toimiva omaan kokkailuun, rannalle kävelymatka. Supermukava suomalainen respahenkilö. Joka ilta minidisco 8-9 ja sen jälkeen vaihtuva iltashow 9-10, tämäkin oli lasten kanssa kiva tapa viettää iltaa ja sen jälkeen uni tuli ilman "nukutusta". Tullaan uudestaan jos tullaan tälle alueelle, hinta-laatusuhde erittäin hyvä.

Review 18：If the room has pool view it's very noisy in the evening because of animation, even with closed windows, we asked to change the room, but received another one only after a week of holiday. Mini-kitchen is poor equipped, lack of dishes. We were charged for baby cot, which was not mentioned while booking. In the evening Wi-Fi didn't work.

Review 26：Plastic feeling in the rooms with rubber (!) curtains. The supermarket that belongs to the hotel is ridiculously overpriced compared to the shops just outside. The "a la carte restaurant" was overpriced, too, considering the quite fast-food-like quality. The look of the hotel is quite vulgar with tivoli features, but then of course that is what children find appealing. If I would book this hotel again, though, they would have to 1) fix the wifi which is virtually non-functioning 2) skip the safety box fee which is ridiculous of 15 euro/week 3) remove the euro-devouring toy automats in the restaurant and lobby, very annoying for parents as children easily become addicted to them
