Reviews for Ursula

Review 1:Location was not very easy, it is in the low village out of the centre.

Review 2:The reception man was very kind. The breakfast was also very good to a good price.

Review 3:Lack of English language programmes on TV!

Review 4:Very friendly owner who couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasurable experience. My wife has limited mobility & a disabled room was reserved just opposite the disabled parking spot. We ended up staying an extra night as a gasket on my exhaust blew! The hotel owner contacted a local garage to explain the problem & it was sorted out the following day. Very good restaurant a couple of minutes walk away.

Review 5:Restaurant close by, good value, delicious food, good service! Hotel staff great. Helped upstairs with luggage, coffee in the morning! Nice stop touring the Basque Country!

Review 6:Small hotel. The owner is preparing the breakfast and is very kind to help with any situation.

Review 7:Warm welcome which made our stay very enjoyable. Excellent restaurant within 2 minutes.

Review 8:The greeting the staff the recomendation to the restaurant in the village which was also excellent top marks highly recomended

Review 9:We received a very hospitable welcome and this continued during our 5 day stay. Although there is only breakfast available in house, there is an excellent Restaurant within easy walking distance at which the food and service is excellent.

Review 10:Would have been easier to find if it was advertised as being at Bas Cambo which is a couple of kilometres from the centre of aCambo les Bains.

Review 11:Bright, very clean and friendly with a good restaurant close by.

Review 12:The triple room is a double room with a 70cm large bed squeezed againsta wall, advertised as an adult size. Our big kid is 3, so it was quitefine for him, but if you're 18 traveling with your parents or threeadults... (I am not judging you guys but you kind'a have to assumethe consequence of falling off of it in the middle of the night). Theshower has a curtain which is an element I find quite anti-hygienic in ahotel. Breakfast costs extra which in itself is not bothering, but itstarts late, and by 8:30 there's no more gateau basque, by 8:45 nomore brioche and by nine all you have left is bread, butter and gelly(which however is amongst the best confiture de figues and confiture decerises noires we've ever had for breakfast in a hotel, so it'snot such a negative point after all). So if you're not the bread-and-butter type of person, get there first. If you ask for a children'scot be prepared to install it yourself. The good side is you get aspring matress to go with it so our number two son was quite confortable(again, the first time we got that in a hotel).

Review 13:Clean, quiet, well renovated (well, if you're realy into orangecolor, that is), big parking, restaurant near by. Overall, it is a goodhotel with a couple of easy to ignore bad points.

Review 14:Staff very helpful and friendly, lovely area to explore Basque Country, have already booked again! Breakfast well worth having - a lot of choice- rooms clean and fresh. Useful signs on entry to Cambo help weary car traveller.

Review 15:Very convenient stop-over hotel en route from Spain. Denis who wasreceiving guests was a delightful person. The restaurant recommended byDenis was excellent

Review 16:Isolated, nowhere in Cambo to eat on a Sunday night, more info would havehelped, owner did not stay on premises

Review 17:Pretty well equipped rooms and excellent bathrooms

Review 18:Nothing much nearby. A bit of a walk to the village which in fact we enjoyed.

Review 19:Attractive and quiet. Lovely walk to the village.
