Review 4：Perfect place to spend the winter holiday. Very nice people,all the services are facilitated by the personal of the hotel,very clean,nice decoration style,close to the ski area and telecabine,nice spa. Very good breakfast.

Review 5：We were unable to get into the preferred choice of restaurant so had to hunt around for another with available space. There is no restaurant at the hotel.

Review 7：Was disappointed with the food in the restaurant. We didn't have half board as wanted the opportunity to try local restaurants as well, but did try the hotel restaurant one evening. We were only offered the choice of 2 mains (very poor for 4* hotel) and when it arrived it was completely overcooked (the green beans were brown). We opted for a deluxe room but again were disappointed - the room was as far away from the main part of the hotel as you could get, which in itself wasn't a problem if the room had been worth the extra money. Although larger than the standard double rooms we only had a very small window overlooking the street - no mountain views and because the window was small it made the room feel very dark. Had we known we would have opted for a smaller room but with a large window overlooking the mountains.

Review 8：Good location - ski in/ski out if there had been a little more snow. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice bar area with lovely log fire.

Review 9：Found most of reception staff rather unfriendly - we waited for a good five minutes before they even acknowledged our presence on arrival. Our so-called deluxe room was rather small and, most disappointingly, the renovations have been done in such a way that you may as well be in a modern hotel - any charm is long gone. There are also a lot of stairs.

Review 10：The location was great for skiing but away from rest of town which was too far to reach without the car in the evening.

Review 11：Room tiny for the money, kept hitting head on sloping roof, caught finger in sliding door that was not fitted properly. Room not cleaned until returned from day skiing which was inconvenient. Next day room cleaned earlier but maid left room open. Staff acknowledged mistakes but no apology at any opportunity.

Review 17：there is nothing we didn't like; the only small observation we would make is that the hotel was not really sign-posted from the main road and then again from the heart of the village; a little sign with the hotel name, specially late at night after 9 hrs drive would have been very helpful.

Review 18：beautiful hotel, great restaurant with marvellous food! it was like being in a 5 star restaurant every night; the breakfast were great too; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the ski room is vast and very clean; the hotel room was perfect with lots of room for luggage and ski wear. You can more or less put the skis on straight from the car park and down to the lifts; location wise is grand too!

Review 19：Staff had the attitude of a 12 star hotel with 2 star service quality. The restaurant was only so-so but priced as if it were much better. Spa is kind of lame.

Review 22：I was in September and the price for the room was less than usually by 30%. Or probably I was there during such days when the price is less. The location is good in general. I would stay there again for that price and if I would have to be somewhere around.

Nice hotel bar with open fire and decent house red.

Review 49：Very small rooms. SPA is not included in room prices. It is not value for money to pay 10 Eur/ person and day to use the sauna and jacuzzi. A sauna is "plain vanilla" if you like us come from Scandinavia.

Review 50：A very stylish new hotel, fresh surfaces in a Nordic style. Well located close to Ski lift. Nice restaurant. Excellent breakfast and a nice dinner buffet.

Review 51：The spa wasn't open yet and although we were offered a complimentary massage, everyone in the hotel was offered these so it was difficult to get a booking. We also didn't find the hotel staff very knowledgeable - they had said the only way to get to Turin airport was a €250 taxi, however there is a bus and train. They were very helpful in booking these for us once we'd found out about them though.

Review 52：The buffet evening meal and included breakfast were very good. The rooms were nicely decorated, although our bathroom was a bit cramped. The hotel is very close to its nearest lift.
