Review 1：Kim the receptionist who would argue black was blue! Climbing in & out of the bath to take a shower! Dated decor in the room. The spa is rubbish - one tiny jacuzzi & sauna which you had to book and although we had read in the online literature that there was an indoor pool - there isn't one!

Review 2：Loved the location, the beds, our balcony, the breakfasts, the pool area, the sun loungers & towels, and free cava virtually on tap all day!

Review 3：The only criticism I would have is the hairdryer in the bathroom. It takes hours!!! to dry your hair. I would suggest taking your own hairdryer.

Review 4：We like just about everything with this hotel. We have visited 3 times in 12 months, which speaks for itself. They have so many awards which suggest a lot of other people like this hotel too.

Review 9：the staff was very friendly and obliging! the hotel is directly located at a beautiful beach with white Sand & the garden and pool area was very nice. rooms are super clean and comfortable. we only booked Breakfast since we like going to different restaurants, the breakfast was tasty & the Orange juice was freshly pressed (yum!). my Partner and I were very happy and satisfied with our 2 Weeks vacation there and highly recommend this hotel. would definately go there again!

Review 10：That there was a dress code for the evening buffet. On a holiday, we don't want to dress up too much, and we don't bring proper shoes but just flipflops and havaiannas and we were told off many times because we were wearing flip flops during dinner.

Review 11：Very near the beach. Very near shops and other restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We just tell them what we want to do and where we want to go and they will book it for us.

Review 16：This hotel is amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our rooms were of a good size, spotlessly clean, had good views and were very quiet. The food was really good. We did venture into the Old Town a couple of nights to eat, but felt the food didn't come up to that offered at the hotel. Every second of our visit was so enjoyable, from the free unlimited champagne, the iced towels midday to the smoothies late afternoon. Our only fear is that everyone will feel like us and it will be difficult to get a reservation in the future.

Review 17：The Russians putting out their towels at 7.00am! Saving 8 sunbeds at a time and then not coming down to the pool until after mid day!.

Review 20：The greeting upon arrival was extremely friendly. We were offered a choice of rooms and settled for the higher placed room with a stunning side sea view. Room 405 ! The rooms was spotlessly clean of a good size and with air conditioning. Complimentary drinks on arrival and fruit. The pool area was clean and at 1pm there was a large choice of sunbeds and complimentary towels. Tip you don't need to take beach towels. We ate in the main buffet style restaurant for breakfast, great choice and great freshly made omelettes. Drinks reasonably priced and free champagne all day so a bonus. Adults only so no screaming and shouting or loud pool side music perfect for relaxing for a few days. If you want noise pop onto the beach 3 metres across the path and join the folks there! All in all a fantastic find we will return

Review 47：- We paid ~ $280/night for a side sea-view room, which did include breakfast. While the view was excellent, it's tough to justify this price for the hotel itself. - Rain brought water coming through the roof into the lobby, which not only made for dangerous walking but is not what we would expect for a 4 star hotel. - The gym is laughable. What is most frustrating is it was mis-represented on the hotels.com website, so was a major disappointment when we arrived and forced us to spend additional money we had not planned on spending as we joined the public/municipal gym (think YMCA for US citizens) which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and cost 8 Euros/day/person. - The bathroom was a tight squeeze, particularly in the shower/toilet area. My husband could barely exit the shower without banging a leg on the edge of the sink! - There was a daily charge to use the in-room safe, which is absurd. - The pool was supposed to be heated...we can assure you it was not. With daily temperatures in the mid 70's, the pool should have been heated. - The beds - oh the beds. We had two single beds pushed together, and they were not even tied so that my husband and I could share a blanket. We had to sleep in our own single beds - it felt like college! And the beds were very uncomfortable. Needless to say, sleep was at a premium on this trip.

Right on the beach, easy access, gorgeous views, and an abundance of shops/restaurants to frequent in the evening. + Breakfast buffet was simply incredible. What a selection of foods - omelets, fruits, cereals, breakfast smoothies, cheeses, meats, crepes, etc. And the staff was always friendly and helpful, and is able to speak some Spanish, German and English. + Abundance of sun loungers by the pool. Also, remember this hotel is an adults only (18+) facility, so the pool area was quite peaceful. + Free wi-fi throughout the hotel. Even by the pool area. + Room size was a bit larger than normal European hotels, and the double sinks in the bathroom were a nice bonus. + Balcony (side, sea-view) was both covered and a good size. We sat out for several hours during one rainy day and had no concerns of getting wet. + Empty mini-bar in the room. They provided a few complimentary drinks (waters, beers, Cokes), but was available to use with snacks you purchased. A nice touch. + Clothes-hanging rack on the balcony was helpful and smartly designed. + Pool area was nice. Although the pool is not huge, the area was always kept clean, there were fresh towels available and ample sun loungers. + In-room air conditioning worked well. It would shut off when the balcony doors were open, and did a nice job of cooling off the room at night.

Review 49：Difficult to find a complaint, although we had a room on the side of thehotel, a dog from a house opposite was an absolute pain, barking most ofthe time, but that should not distract from an excellent experience.
