Review 1：The staff were unfriendly and very rude.We arrived at gone midnight with small children and were unable to get any drink or food for them even though we had paid for all inclusive.The booking had been messed up and our family were not given rooms together as requested. The rooms were uninviting, no tea or coffee making facilities, no air conditioning, and we felt as though we were sleeping on the platform of the train station situated next to the hotel - it was so incredibly noisy! The cooked food was nearly always inedible and everything was served at room temperature. Our children were entertained by the insects crawling in the muesli every morning Would NEVER ever go back there again even if we were offered a free holiday.

Review 2：The maid who cleaned the room each day. She was the most friendly member of staff in the whole building!

Review 3：Rude staff. Dirty room with sand and stains on the bed. No towels in the room. When we called reception they hung up on us and when they brought towels didnt speak just walked off in a huff. Balcony handle hanging off. Breakfast was a joke with cheap and disgusting food. We had to go to a cafe. Location is the only thing saving this hotel.

Review 4：The location of this hotel was perfect. Free Parking 1 minute away, so no need for hotel charging for their parking in the building. Friendly restaurants close by.

Review 21：Not enough seating inside in the evenings and the "RANDOM" reserved signs in spaces that never got used. The food was always cold despite whether it had just been put out think they need to check efficiency of the warming trolleys! eating food in the danger zone temperatures is a great risk .

Review 23：No toiletries in the room, not even a bar of soap. Hotel facilities said there was a solarium, there wasn't. Evening meals were confusing. We were half board & when we got our dinner we also got a fruit juice from the machine as we did at breakfast. When the waiter seen this he said we shouldn't take the juice as it was only for all inclusive guests. No one had told us this & there were no signs to say.

Review 26：hotel and staff nice. Very handy for the train station enabling travel to different places easily. near beach accessed easlily by underpass. I had ants in my room, but staff very quickly sorted this, the spray they used was very efficient.

Review 27：The hotel was a big disappointment. We booked a superior room, but this was basic, drawers didn't open properly, no hair dryer, no soap or tissues. Food was ok, but chips with everything. Receptionist could have been more helpful. We left early in the morning (5.30) but we could not have a drink. Patio door very stiff and needed attention. Disco every night too loud for us, no other entertainment. We will not be returning.

All inclusive drinks served in plastic cups was not nice and having to separately queue up at the bar for all inclusive drinks. Also 11pm was too early to stop the all inclusive drinks.

Review 33：The tackiness of the decor of the rooms, the noise, the lack of air conditioning remote controller so that you can't operate it and thus, they save money, the lack of a TV remote controller, they didn't even have a courtesy iron and ironing board to be used by its guests, the breakfast buffet was appalling although extremely funny as you have the chance to see the rest of the guests and, believe me, it's a show worth seeing (I don't mean to sound snob but, sometimes you wonder, where the hell have these people come from?), and to top it up, the check-out time is at: 10:00 a.m... well, actually, after staying here, you would like to leave a bit earlier if possible...

Rigt next to the railway station ofMalgrat from which it is easy to reach other holiday resorts andBarcelona /some rooms with balconies right over the railway "enjoying" atrain every 15 minutes would not celebrate the fact, anyway .../. Goodfood but a bit poor variety of it. Friendly staff. A bit away from thehectic Malgrat centre which all means : I do recommend this hotel!
