All apartments and studios at Viva Tropic are air-conditioned and have a private balcony. They also have satellite TV.
Hotel Viva Tropic has one pool with a pirate ship and slides and one chillout pool with Balinese beds. In the grounds there are lounge chairs and sun umbrellas, and the hotel offers a varied entertainment program for adults and children.

Review 1：To say we went half term the shop closed? A lot of the guests complained about this as we probably paid more for the facilities than people travelling in term time. Also the pool was far too cold (the adult pool was heated & the child's one not?)

Review 2：Bar staff were fantastic, just a shame the pool bar was closed and day time entertainment as originally promoted.

Review 3：The first 4-star hotel I've stayed in that charges for the in-room safe key. Facilities cannot be compared with any 4-star hotel in mainland Europe. Flooded with families with loud small children and their young smoking parents. Overpriced breakfast. Claimed to be an official Ironman hotel, but hosted a loud karaoke event on the night before the race (until 22:15). Bad value for money.

Review 4：Staff was friendly and helpful, but that's all.

Review 5：Entertainment team was okay, but 1 person was so bad. Linus was his name, they should fire him! He was so dangerous with the kids. He was doing backflips with them. Not okay!!! Also he looked very tired and drunk.. all the time

Review 7：When we booked our stay 6 months ago, we specified we were a party of 5. When we arrived at the hotel, it seemed like a big surprise to the hotel that we were 5 and in addition to that, the room we had booked was not ready. It is unfortunate that the hotel waited the last minute to check our reservation and that the room problem had to be solved at 11pm on the arrival day, with three over-tired kids waiting to be put to bed....in this case you take any room...Hopefully issue was solved by the next day....but still a bad start for a holiday.

Review 8：Children pool is wonderful!!! Rooms are very clean and restaurant is OK with a large choice of food. Staff is rather friendly and helpful.

Review 9：Firstly very little information given on arrival on the facilities,food, Bar, Pools etc actually they told us nothing at all we went allinclusive and they told us nothing about the Dining Facilities. It wasthe same restaurant each morning and evening , and you can’t have dinnerby the pool unless you pay for the Al a Carte menu. So if you have kidsthey cant enjoy the show while having dinner..The big big thing for us was the staff they were so unfriendly, and not at all helpful. They was an older man at reception who has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. On day 2 of our holidays I went to get some towels for the pool a young man at reception gave them to me and I went off about my business. That evening I looked / walked around to see where I should leave these towels back but couldn't see anywhere suitable - eventually I left them outside the apartment for collection - The following day when my husband went to reception to get more towels their was an older man at reception who demanded €50 and was so rude when I explained we were never told where to bring the towels back to? He basically called us lairs and said we ''WERE'' told I was so disappointed as we were not informed and how dare he talk to us like this. We paid a lot of money and this is how we were spoken to and treated.. It was disgraceful.

Review 10：Location was very good, Very Clean, Facilities good, Apartment and poolswere very good also. Entertainment was very good for the kids.

Review 12：The royal terrace room with a private deck and hot tub was perfect. The hotel is worth it just for that.

Review 13：I visited the Spa, indoor pool and sauna which was a bit disappointing. There was no staff in the spa or pool area to assist, no towels provided in the indoor pool area, (I think towels are available at reception for the outdoor pool) didn't seem to be any changing area, the indoor pool and jacuzzi was cold. I think it would be a good idea to have a member of staff appointed here to assist guests. Safety deposit boxes in rooms €2.50 charge per day I think should be free.

Review 14：I liked the good sized apartments with sunny balcony overlooking the garden and pool area however to get this room I had to pay another 90 Euros on arrival which was a bit disappointing. If I hadn't paid this additional charge I would have had a room facing the road, this wasn't stated on the Booking.com site. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned nearly every day and the cleaning staff were so pleasant and courteous.

Review 15：Indoor pool was quite cold and we wanted rouse this as the weather was not warm enough for the outdoor pools. Friends we travelled withheld towIt a long time for their roomyo be ready even after arriving late due to a flight delay and well days midday. That was bad for them as they had been travelling since 1am with a 2 year old child and justneededto get into their room. Breakfast was busy and a little expensive. It is cheaper to eat out. We paid 41 euros for breakfast for 3 of us, but ate the rest of the time at our favourite beach front restaurant and enjoyed a full English with juice and coffee/tea for 18 euros. Lots of the apartments are in the shade which leaves them a bit cool out if season . Would be good in Zjulh August though

Review 22：Wifi is easy to use and pretty fadst comparing to other hotels. Room is ok almost same as on photos but you can see some signs of wearing off. Hotel complex is very nice. Depot for bikes is free and easy to use. Room can be heated quite ok for winter times.

Review 52：It matches the cost: good location, clean, comfy, nice pool, friendly staff. And i liked the fact that there were more than enough sun loungers to go around and none of that 'leaving your towels on them early in the morning to reserve them' was allowed.

Review 53：We had a studio room in the main building, and it had no sound proofing what so ever. And we were unlucky to have loud neighbours. It was like there was no wall at all between us. The beds were probably the most uncomfortable I have ever been sleeping in. Hotel bar/restaurant staff was maybe having a bad week, but they were very useless and unfriendly.

Review 62：The hotel was fab we were luckily enough to get a room with the luxury Terence that had a private whirlpool and hammock. The cleaners where cleaning everywhere all day long. Supermarket on site was sensible prices. Food and drinks were sensible prices and we did not come back bankrupt ! If you did the all inclusive package every thing even cocktails were free and jack Daniels and gin and tonics which aren't normally included. We just did bed and breakfast option which even the morning we had to leave at 5:00 am the resturant was open only for cold breakie was we still grab some sandwiches . Overall was the best relaxed resort I have stayed in for a long time with very happy memories

Review 63：I didn't understand the kids club. I left my young daughter there and she managed to open gate and run back to me without them noticing. They came looking for her 10 minutes later. I've not had any experience of kids clubs so maybe it is normal for them not to monitor the children in their care. The garden room we had was directly opposite entertainment area so had to listen to people until past midnight, we were also directly in front of adult pool which was worrisome with 2 young toddlers. We paid a premium price for the room and it was not worth it.

Review 69：excellent and sincere service, large enough rooms with modern interiors, indoors pool and spa. what we enjoyed the most was the kids' play area + wonderful aqua-attractions. everything was well maintained and just like on the photos :) And free wifi worked very well and was very fast!!!

Review 70：We stayed in low season when the hotel was not fully booked. In highseason I imagine it would be very busy and noisy. If you do not fancyspending your time with lots of families and small children this may notbe the place for you.
