Review 1：Evening food was a bit disappointing, room was normal for 40€-level, not for 100€-level. Internet bad. Almost no relaxing space by sauna, you have to put on and go to swimming-pool area. No info about facilities in hotel - you have to investigate by yourself.

Review 5：Very friendly and helpful staff. Our dining room waitress was so accomiadating and took time to answer any questions that we had. We would like to highly recommend Gabriella for her excellent service to us while we were there. Our checking in experience was also very satisfactory. Our suite was quite a distance from the front desk and our host walked us all the way to our room which was very convenient since we had not been there before. Loved the views hiking nearby and lovely hotel. Wonderful holiday. Thank you so much.

Review 9：The studio sonnenrose was splendid as it was spacious, well equipped and furnished with a generously sized balcony overlooking a spectacular view of mountains and green areas. The indoor pool was spotless and the temperature held steady at 28 degrees C. The hotel emphasized quietness though, of course, some guests were a problem.

Review 11：This is a superb hotel resort, located in a valley surrounded by mountains, close to hiking trails in the Alps, and offers great services such as indoor outdoor pools, sauna, massage, great breakfast and excellent gourme 5 course dinners the best we have had the entire trip in Europe. Well worth the money. Most of the Staff speak English, are friendly, and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, with a patio with mountain views. Free parking.

Review 14：The helpful staff, good food and lovely location. We loved our rooms and the furnishings, I would recommend the rooms in the Residenz block, the newest part of the hotel. I would go back again, which I rarely feel about many hotels. Beautiful spa area, with different types of saunas. The mint essence shower was our favourite experience.

The Sonnenrose rooms are just beautiful with very nice and elegant decor and overlooking a beautiful outdoor pool and the mountains.

Review 50：Superb stay! We only stayed one night as it was a spur of the moment trip. Returned home yesterday and just booked a 3 night stay for November. Can not wait to return for a longer stay and to see the area in snow!

Review 53：- the temperature in the room was very warm. The heating was off and even then it was really warm. After asking housekeeping for help, the answer was that we should keep the door/window open at all times. Unfortunately that created a draft in the room. So we had to choose to either sleep and be very warm or to sleep with a draft. We're all having a cold now ! Even the dog is sneezing. So we weren't very comfortable at the hotel room - the hotel didn't manage expectations on the booking. And didn't answer questions we asked beforehand (in the booking from booking.com) That would have prevented disappointment on the price-quality expectation of the hotel

Review 55：Nothing, everything was great. Just a small suggestion for improvement for the hotel: besides the pool there seemed to be some additional relaxation rooms for usage of the guests; however we didn't find them. Signalisation could improve in that sense.

Review 56：Overall, our stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience that we hope to repeat sometime in the future. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and they accommodated all our requests perfectly. The food at the restaurant is also excellent with a great service and a very complete wine selection; I would specially recommend to try the specialities based on the game from the area, it is really worth the trip to this region. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a great view to the mountains and the nice town of Ramsau. We stayed in the new building of the hotel which was very modern and with a nice alpine touch. During our stay we also had the chance to catch a glimpse of the other somewhat older rooms and although they look a bit older in style, they also seem very cozy. We used the wellness area that was very comfortable and clean. Although the sauna was supposed to be opened at a later time than when we were there, the staff was happy to put it in service just for us. The wellness area could use a bit of renovation but this is not a major issue as everything works perfectly fine. The indoor pool is also a great plus of this hotel and a great way to relax after a day of visiting the sorounding area. Overall we really enjoyed the time we spent at the Best Western Plus Berghotel Rehlegg and we recommend it as a top destination in this region.

Review 57：The SPA area is rather small for the size of the hotel and got very crowded in the late afternoon. It is a pity that there are no massages offered on Sundays.

Review 59：We borrowed the mountain bikes to Hintersee, oh my...it was so tiring coz we were riding up the mountain for 45mins. We sld hv hired the E-bikes instead... The room is spacious and with a big balcony with exellent view.

Staff is very attentive, we were warmly welcomed, and although the weather was terrible they still made our stay into a warm and cozy experience. Tastefully and warmly furnished overall, comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant is pleasently staffed and the food is excellent, both from buffet and a-la-carte. An absolutely wonderfull experience overall! Can't say anything less! We'd love to be back soon.

Review 65：Excellent hotel and holiday base in a magnificent setting. Staff verypleasant and made every effort to make our stay perfect. We had a juniorsuite in the 'Residence', a new wing with modern décor andspacious rooms, with a large, south-facing covered balcony /terrace; we'll ask for the same next time. Food plenteous and verygood. Choice of buffet and à la carte every evening; Wednesday'sItalian buffet highly recommended. The hotel is child and dog friendly.Our 7-year old daughter rates this as one of her best holidays ever, butdo note that the hotel does not organise anything at all for children -it's entirely down to us (what we do and where we go) and thechildren themselves, like swimming, playing in the snow, and makingfriends. Winter sports pleasant and relaxed, with courses for novices tomoderately advanced; not for the fanatical. Especially good fortoboggans (including a 2.4 km run with chair lift) - free loans fromhotel - walking, and cross-country skiing. The area is highly rated forits summer hiking. We'll be back.

Nice restaurant and a good Bavarianbuffet for a very reasonable price. This was the best stay we had in our15 day Switzerland and neighboring countries trip.
