Review 1：Noise from the street, loud neighbours, and others smoking on their balconies which constantly blew into our personal space.

Review 4：The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had funny chats with the guy working in the night shift almost every day.
Review 5：Noise from outside, uncomfy beds, kitchen not enough crockery and utensils, not ocean view as promised, the decor was very poor, the "sofa" broken and not comfy, colors curtains out of date, old lift, the corridors old dirty funitures, swimming pool cold water and tiling needs repair and the pool closed at 5 pm !!? Not going to stay there again.

Review 8：The garden is tropical and the pool is surrounded by these beautiful gardens where you can lie and enjoy them with a dip in the pool when it gets too hot. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The place is very clean.

Review 11：The apartments wer convenient to where I wanted to be. They were clean if a little dated. The hotel looks to be going through a gradual refurb of its rooms which to be honest it could do with.

Review 14：First, didn't have enough bath staffs such as soap, shompoo. They have taken us one exter day, though they knew that we are leaving sooner. It was not fair! Be careful about this matter !

Review 16：TV doesn't work, Internet is paid (1 euro for 10 minutes), building is in a high place and a bit far from the sea -- have to climb a little to go there and come back, also Puerto de la Cruz is more for rest and pool since it has no beach.
