Review 1：Although the Restaurant was reasonable, we had a disappointing experience with the quality of our 'Table d'Hote' on Christmas Eve for €50each. r e were offered a complimentary night's stay in the future and not an actual money refund, which is preferable.

Review 3：The pool was not heated, so we couldn't get in, but let's face it, it was late October!

Review 4：The staff was very accommodating. They stored our bikes, gave us directions, opened the bar to serve us beer even though we were the only patrons, and the breakfast buffet was copious and delicious. One of our bikes got a flat in a village 30 kilometers away the following day, and as we were fixing it, the front desk manager from the hotel showed up on his scooter with his son on the back and asked us if we needed help!!! That's hospitality!

Review 5：When requesting a family room (2+2), it should be clear from the site that extra beds are wheeled into the room. On entering our initially booked room, we found 4 beds arranged in dormitory fashion, without room even for the extra beds to be put in position against the wall. There was a very small window and a tiny bathroom. We subsequently changed to two double rooms and were very happy.

Review 12：Where to begin! Melissa on reception so warm and helpful. Upgraded to a beautiful big bedroom, ensuite, view and facilities. A very special set up. Lovely outdoor eating and drinking with a very high quality of food, wine and service. Loved it. A gem, another find away from the tourist itinerary but with so much to offer. A Roman archeological dig a must.

Review 15：Friendly, polite and attentive staff who always tried to be of service even though I don't speak Spanish. All areas clean. Reception and pool areas attractive. My room clean and comfortable. Quiet nights as requested. Lovely!

Review 16：Very pleasant, clean hotel situated well for our requirement. Staff were very helpful and we were able to park outside without paying for hotel space. Having a good pool was great for us to relax after a long walk around Carmona which was worth the visit.

Review 24：1. Breakfast was limited in selection with 'automated' orange juice and coffee at guests disposal. Breads quickly ran out if you were eating towards the end of service. 2. Get rid of the Karaoke machine. The guy who comes into sing is AWFUL! 3. Receptionist doubling as a concierge does not work too well when issues arise. 4. Take it from an Irishman - The Irish pub in no way resembles a true Irish bar. No draught beers (Guinness) and only extortionately priced botteld draught Guinness at 6 Euros per half pint!!! Ridiculous!!

Review 25：The interior decor was beuatiful and literally fit for a Queen. The tapas selection and quality was excellent and couldn't be faulted. The sea water pool was extremely refreshing and the area quiet and refined. Food and drinks are very cheap indeed.

Review 34：We visited in early May and the hotel catered for Communion celebrations. The afternoons were noisy with children running around the passageways and shows in the patios.

Review 45：We tried to arrange parking through booking.com, and we even got confirmation we could get parking for 11 euros, but when we got there we were told parking was all full. Parking was difficult.

Review 52：Not able to order a drink between 17:00 and 19:30. Nearly any water coming out of the shower. The breakfast was not ready at 08:15 although the say it starts from 07:30. Very user unfriendly Wifi system. Don't expect the average 4 star quality and service you would get in other hotels

Review 122：Not easy to get at the right angle to get in the car park. If cars were not parked opposite the gate it would be no problem. There is a sign to say they should not be there anyway!
