Review 1：No entertainment over Christmas period. Food good but could have been hotter. Run with absolute minimum of staff so had to wait at the bar for service on most occasions.

Review 10：The view is spectacular, to see and hear the sea on a beautiful warm and sunny November day was great. Easy walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We loved it!

Review 11：We requested a particular room or similar. This was not available despite the hotel being almost empty. This was not mentioned until arrival. We rejected the first room as it was small had no bath & smelt of cigars. The next room had a bath but 2 single beds one of which was worn out & very uncomfortable.

Review 13：This is not a 4* hotel, even for Spanish standard. The room is very basic. Cleaning happened at late hours during siesta, when we actually wanted to rest.Food is ok but Spanish cuisine is on average much better. The coffee machine at the restaurant was a disaster. You had to queue for 5 min to get a cup of coffee, of which only espresso was drinkable. Coffee offered in thermos was instant. It was impossible to get a proper cup of tea - only half of a coffee cup of hot water from machine, to which you had to queue. Why not to boil a thermos of hot water and put tea cups next to it? In the evening it was not possible to order tea or coffee in the main restaurant, if one would like to have it next to dessert. You had to take it separately on the terrase - quite a silly system, to be frank

Review 14：The location is great, the sea is literally 50 m across the hotel. We had a room with great sea view.

Review 15：Nothing to dislike but if we had bothered to mention it maybe a few more coat hangers and some larger bath towels, but we were so pleased with everything couldn't be bothered to even say as we so pleased with everything.

Review 16：Modern, friendly, spotless hotel in a quiet traditional Spanish holiday resort overlooking a wonderful sandy beach. Loved the stroll along the promenade in the evening with the locals then dining in a restaurant in the old town overlooking the sea, The hotel & resort take some beating.

Review 17：Not enough assistance offered for people with special needs. We reserved disabled parking, but on our arrival there was none available and we had to park 55 metres along one way street underground, paid 34 Euros and had manhandle wheelchair, 2 oxygenators, nebuliser, suitcase, walking sticks in temperatures between 30-35oC Not acceptable.

Review 19：Aircon was broken, wasn't told on checkin. Room was so hot we had to sleep with balcony door open. Restaurants and night club are right outside and due to excessive noise both of our nights we didn't sleep until all closed around 4am and then woken by hotel staff dragging tables a couple hours later. We asked to be moved and also requested a fan but this wasn't an option. We both got bitten severely by Mosquitos by but having the door open was only way to avoid the heat. Our so called relaxing weekend was ruined, our days out didn't happen due to need for sleep. All in all with flights and hotel we wasted over £1000! We asked for a reduction in rate due to the inconvenience but as soon as we asked the receptionist immediately forgot how to speak English. It was a great shame, this review could have been so different if the staff looked to help rather than avoid.

When we booked noone mentioned that there was an annual motorcycle convention booked intoand centred at the Hotel. The 100 bikers were not a great problem butthe noise from the nightclub on one side and the bar on the othersidewas horrendous until 4am.As I have said it did cause the evening meal tobe excellent on the Saturday night due to the large number of people. Bycontrast Sunday night was very peaceful and relaxing. If we had beenadvised of this we would have delayed our stay by a day, a great shameno-one mentioned this fact as it dirupted our sleep and weekend.

Review 34：The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had abath and two showers, and was very tastefully decorated. The room had awonderful view and fair sized balcony. The breakfast was excellent, theevening meal was very good on the Saturday and very average on theSunday.( The hotel was busy on the Saturday).

Review 35：There were not toilet accessories as a 4 star hotel, only shampoo and gel. Stress during breakfast because there is only one coffee/tea machine for whole hotel clients, long queue. Bad staff, I called 5 times for an iron, they told me to get it myself at reception, it was broken and they told me that was the only one they had for the clients.

Review 96：Top location directly over the beach in picturesque village. Modern and clean. Helpfull staff. Good breakfast with fruits, champagne and cooking of pancakes/toasts/omelet. Nice terrace with wide selection of food for lunch. In case small free parking beside hotel is full there is an undeground garage for 10 EUR/day.

Able to get a great rate from Booking.com with the "media pension" plan which allowed us to not worry about breakfast and dinner, and the freedom to eat out while exploring the area. Overall, the food was delicious with variety. Wifi worked well. Enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

Whilst the pool was notlarge and there were few sunbeds the beach is only a few steps awayand there were sunbeds for hire on the beach directly opposite theHotel. There weremany bars and restaurants with a short walk of the Hotel and whilstthe Town is located up a rather steep hill there is a 4 stage"escalator" about 50 meters from the Hotel which makes"walking" to Town very easy. All in all, a lovely Hotel in agreat location. We will return.
