Review 1：Generally I'm not a fan of the all inclusive policy.Both the pool bar,as well as the night bar,seemed to work only for the all inclusive(mostly British)guests.I wouldn't blame any of the bar staff.I think that's the system the hotel chose to work.

Review 2：The staff was helpful.The older receptionist who was working at night,was so polite.The rooms were clean.WiFi was working fine.

Review 3：asked for upper floor got ground,patio door would not lock security nightmare (groundfloor).food dissapointing.no sparkling water,no sparkling wine prossecco etc.

Review 4：Noisy groups of students. Loud music at poolside; who decides on this stuff and why? A prevailing sense of cheese-paring by management to make savings, very much in evidence at mealtimes. Need to identify the various dishes on offer, especially to identify for people with food allergies.

Review 5：Location for active and fit people is very good, great walks through the banana groves after breakfast. Many warm helpful staff.

Review 6：Carpets old and stained, bed linen threadbare, the whole place needs a good refurbishment. Tv not included in price, and even the in-room safe was an extra!

Review 8：I didn´t like have just Wifi in reception and it was very poor. I didn´t like that they don´t offer ion for ioning individualy. The spa and sauna was very poor and just capacity for 4 person which you have to make appointment and it is in other buliding outside to the principal hotel The indoor summing pool was in other building outside to the hotel and the water was cold as just in winter it has 24 degrees, the toilets and showers in the indoor summing pool was without lights. The gym was very poor and some items broken. In the early morning the workers started to cut the grass doing a lot of noises, not very quiet place.

Review 9：I like the variety of food and the good services of the staffs in the restaurant, good price buffet for drinks just 2€. Good service in the room, clean towels and good staffs.

Review 17：Cleanliness was very bad, Restaurant as well as one of the bars and the indoor swimming pool where closed for different reasons over our stay. For an all inclusive stay whe had to cross the road and use the facilities of the hotel over the road and when there where no tables at this one we would then had to walk to a third hotel to get a meal. no option to have a coffee in a china cup only option was in a plastic cup. safe didn't work in room and nor did the lock on balcony door. the main door of bedroom had already been forced opened in the past as the marks where all over the door and looked very abused.

Review 19：Not able to use all the facilities such as pool bar closed on a night only one open was down in Casablanca Bar and it is like a dungeon where the staff were not very polite. In fact one night they had no beer (ridiculous). Sorry been approx 8 times but won´t be back. Need to look for something better next time.

Review 21：In this century I could not believe That we have to pay extra money in a developed country to access Tv. So we spent 3 nights without it. And we payed 6 euros for 24 hours and it did not even worked. I Will not stay there again.

Review 22：The large Space, breakfast ( but they should think about people who does not eat pork, and extend breakfast hours during week end. People goes there for holiday after all and should not have to wake up earlier because of breakfast)

Review 23：the reception area is not very welcoming, the hotel is very (!) dated and in urgent need of a refurbishment; there is a smell of damp on the ground and lower ground floor; the indoor pool was closed; there are only 4 free TV channels, all other channels have to be paid for separately (and I am not talking about 18+ channels here!); the safe comes at an additional cost. There were marks at the door/lock that looked as if the room had been broken into repeatedly, although it appeared locks had since been changed. I simply do not know how the hotel has four stars, it is not a four star hotel.

Review 25：we thought the standard had gone down since we stayed before. some of the staff were not as friendly and there was not a lot of choice on hot food. as we were all inclusive we were told we had to be out of the hotel by 12pm not just our rooms which I don't understand what happens to people who have late flights are they meant to wait in the street with their cases.

Review 27：One complaint I must emphasise is the closing of the bar in Bonanza.Please keep open at all times as this is the only proper bar in thehotels.I Mean the one facing the main road (forgot the name).
