Review 1：Do not answer telephone. Non english speaking reception. No food onlysilly chips. Bar not attended most of time. Swimming pool freezing andpaint peeling off bottom. Sunbeds falling apart. No kettle. No air con.Room safe joke not bolted to anything and key locking only could walkoff with it.no in room telephone. Constant flower buds and leavesblowing into room with no long handled sweeping brush inroom.cockroaches and ants in room constantly plus bitten to death bymosquito's un kept gardens and grass long. Inadequate work space andstorage space in kitchen area.electrics dangerous lights blowing and noqualified person to fix them also no screwdriver and a staff member hadto use a carving knife to try to fix broken light fitting. Plus no lightbulbs to replace anyway. One guest had no patio entrance light to theirbungalow from start to finish. Jacuzzi dirty and exploded one day andconstantly. Fusing.poor cleaning regime.no water left in small fridge onarrival.wrongly marked location all though now rectified took over 4hours to find with no one answering the phone tried 25 times beforeringing booking . com in uk to find out what was going on and they alsogot no response either. Constant intrusion of spanish etc single malesbeing let in who hassled guests and looked very dodgy. Receptionunderground near entrance too far from bar so staff ie .1 person most ofthe time could not be at bar a distance away and do office duties atsame time and did not appear to have a hand potable phone so could notanswer phone if at bar. We only bought just 2 drinks in 11 days as noone at bar to serve and we have been told since we left that otherguests were serving themselves and leaving iou'S. Joke barbecue at20 euros extra cost was disgusting only few people attended.small andtiny mini or microscopic shop down in dungeon or basement. Hardly anyguests staying in around pool or around bar as nearly all going out toget away from this horrid resort.

Review 2：Only good thing was olaf pols the main manager who was under severepressure to keep this faulty towers going without help from owner. Sincehe has been sacked no hope for this overpriced joke of a resort.

Review 3：The complex lets bungalows to single males despite saying it doesn't. They are an absolute nuisance and should not be allowed as day guests or to stay on a couples only resort. We would not return here.

Review 6：Very friendly staff and guests, well presented clean and well equipped rooms. Nice pool area. Close to Faro2 supermarket. Good service delivering rolls and pastries to the room in the morning. Pick up taxi service booked through the hotel works well and taxi knows the location of the hotel. Short 20min walk to Playa del Ingles to the restaurants, bars and clubs.

Review 9：Bad wi-fi, and they run out of wine and didn't buy new for 3 days. Also sad they aloud single men in as guests, this is supposed to be an only couple resort.

Review 11：The resort was excellent. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Lacation was close to the beach and other attractions.

Review 12：Little room round the pool for sunbeds, hot tub is a domestic unit wholly unsuitable for the number of guests, hot tub had scum floating on water and needed thorough cleaning. No Kettle
