Review 1：Ok in off peak season but I could imagine it would be like a living hell when the kids are off school. If you like butlins and knock of he watches, handbags and sun glasses you'll love this place. The room didn't look like the picture and there were a few things broken but it was clean. Pool over looking the lake was ok if you squinted you could imagine you were somewhere else. Food was alright the usual for all inc now a days. I ate out because I like to eat Spanish food when I'm in Spain, not chips burgers and pizza.

Review 9：bathroom was dirty and kitchen rubbish bin was with trash from previous guests. you don't understand if they changed the towels or not ( you just can recognize if they are clean or not) and you can notice they are really old and warn off. To go to the beach we had to make a huge circle around the hotel - half a walk to sea took leaving the hotel premises. It was hard to find reception when we arrived. Wi-fi very expensive. Windows were dirty.

Review 13：Apartment was nearly 10 minute walk from reception. After 2 hour wait in early afternoon sun to check-in we were given basic map with apartment building circled, to find our own way.

Not very clean - bunch of hairs on the floor, and in balcony.... When you want to go to sea, you have to bypass the whole areal, which took us more than the simple way to the sea.

Never been before in more discusting hotel before! For108€/ night/ 1 room / 2+ 1 child you get better even inLondon - city!!!!!!!! If you like Butlins in uk, it's exactly foryou!!! ...And about a breakfast ... My dogs get better food !

Review 26：The place is very crouded. At the breakfast one has to fight to find a free table. The food is not a good quaility, not a big selection, not really tasty, every day the same. No aircondition in the room, no free wifi available.

Review 28：The hotel was very run down and in need of updating. The rooms were without air conditioning which made the high temperatures during the night unbearable. The rooms were dirty...an old pair of socks left on balcony, hundreds of cigarette ends left on balcony gardens and other rubbish. It appears the hotel are happy to take your money but have forgotten about the hotel itself. I would not recommend this hotel to families. Pool area.. The sunbeds were all broken.

But then had to queue for everything, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks!!! We ended up going for dinner at 6pm to try and beat the queues!! There was no air conditioning in the room, something we were not aware of - it made for very uncomfortable sleeping conditions!

Review 40：Erm..... food in Bellevue, beds are a bit hard, no air-con, mossies, but the location is great if you are just using it as a base.

Review 41：Great location, 10mins flat walk to the most stunning beach in Europe but please do not waste your money going all inclusive, there are loads of eateries literally on the doorstop and the food at Bellevue is pretty yuk. If you get chance theres a lovely place with great steaks and live music 5 mins down the road called Luna's Bar and Grill, fab cocktails too!

Review 42：Constant noise at night, no air conditioning meant windows had to be open all night, old uncomfortable furniture, no oven, grill or even microwave. Poor shower (over bath, no pressure), bad service on last day, unable / unwilling to provide a lae check out room, and one shower room available. Long walk to beach, no transport. Everything that should be standard costs a lot extra, wifi, safe, fans, etc. Broken sun beds at pools, poor maintenance. This is a one star hotel, not as good as a travel lodge or premier in.

Review 62：It was a long walk to city centre/mariner and had to wait 20 minutes at taxi rank! After this we got number for cab company and rung them, but it was difficult to communicate where to pick up from, having to call twice when cab didnt show up, then eventually they came to our block and turns out the first one was waiting at the front gate. They didn't allow check in until 3pm, so if arriving earlier you check your bags then at 3pm there is a massive queue so better waiting until 5pm on the beach! The safe in our room did not look securely attached to the wall and as we were on the ground floor this did worry me. There was no aircon and we had to pay additional charges to hire fans.

Review 63：Good access to pool, but was often busy (only time we could actually swm was early morning or late evening as otherwise full of children.) Able to find cheap deals online, but this is not worth shelling out for. Short walk to beach was good, lots of shops nearby, was able to cook basic meals in kitchen.

Review 68：This was worst hotel in my life. They cheated us on breakfast. Pool was dirty. Had to rent the safe. Door thin as paper and notice level like being inside a club. And no AC in 35 degrees heat so no possibility to close windows to keep notice and mosquitoes out. To add, unfriendly staff and solutions to problems always involved more money for hotel rather than trying to solve guest discomfort. Truly awful experience

Review 84：A small thing really you had to pay for the WiFi, and not really the hotel problem but the bus to and from Palma fill very quickly, so give you self plenty of time,i could not get on 2 , so went to Port Pollensea, on a local bus,to get it and the are empty there, just made my plane.

Review 85：Great to get around the island from, I stayed self catering, it had what you needed, and a very good deal, plenty of pools, and if you like walking, you can find some, or if you like the boozer 'British pubs clubs,etc many of them. Review 101：75% of the sunbeds will need replacing for Summer 2015 (main pool anyway). Only one pool has a bar. During October half term the venue began to scale back leaving certain bars and venue closed by the last 3 days, despite paying for all inclusive all week!!! Beds are quite old and stiff, I looked underneath to find cobwebs all over the the place (under the bed). Kitchen isn't good enough for self-catering!! Not an issue if your all inclusive/half board.

Review 103：Our building (Minerva 2) was very run down. Built in the 50's or 60's, the furniture was old, there has been no renovations done (at least in our room), no fan/air flow system in bathroom or main room. Only a kettle in kitchen, no toaster, cutlery old and ugly. I asked for a quiet room and they put us in the very noisy back side of building with tremendous street noise till 12 midnight. Garbage and old furniture in water along lake edge.

Review 116：Lots of children screaming in summer. We took lot of time finding the structure because you start to see it from the street but you can not get in because the entrance is very far from the beginning of the way and no instructional device at all... a guy showed us it.

Review 117：We stayed there only for one night because we had to go to Menorca but the building section is huge and very beautiful, organized, nice to see, nice to walk through, very kind staff (there is always someone at the reception for every problem or need), a guy working in a restaurant or bar there helped us to find the way to join our builing because we were lost, due to the bigness and fatigue. Review 124：inconsistent cleaning (once in 5 days) meant we ran out of toilet roll; reception is about 1/4mile walk from furthest buildings. Furthest buildings which are closest to beach - you have to double back on yourself to the single complex entranceto get out of the complex which means time-wasting (there is a foot-wetting alternative via the lake but don't do this drunk!) The mojito we bought looked and tasted like nuclear waste; we never tried the food at this place but if its anything like its cocktails don't bother! Door panneling fell off and hit me on the head when I opened the door. NO bedding for the third person in each room but cleaning staff were aware and sorted without me having to tek all the way back to reception and complain and the staff were really friendly. Reception is riduclouslu understaffed; checked in at 11am in morning so expected it to be quiet as we so early - took half an hour to check in..... checking out not much better - plan for half an hour check out time if you are getting picked up by shuttle etc

Review 125：Lots of space & grass near the lake which meant access to a poolside recliner was not something we needed. Lots of pool choices. Reasonably close to the beach. Good value / reasonably spacious and clean if you want self catering. we had a nice view over the lake but not all are that good luggage storage room if you have a late flight BUT between 4-8pm whilst tehre is security in there anybody can walk in and take your bags...... security hav eno idea whose bag belongs to who!

Review 126：Rooms were smelly and dirty, same like bedding. Blankets, pillows, bed sheet were smelly. Wardrobes in rooms were wrecked and smelly as well. Towels were dirty, they look like they were just used by someone. On the shower curtain i noticed stains of blood or something else. I couldn't close properly window in our bedroom, because it was broken. There was a loud music from pub near hotel. Lots of screaming, drunk youngsters in the morning, around 4 or even 6 am. I asked about room with sea view, and i got a room in the smallest, and probably oldest building in the whole complex, instead sea view i got pool view.

Review 131：Very hot rooms with no air conditioning, and it was very difficult to get a fan from reception. The pools were always very busy and you couldn't get a lounge most of the time, which was ok to sit on the grass. The actual pools were crowded and difficult to swim in.

Review 132：The boat from the hotel to the beach was great, very easy and the beach was lovely, I'd advise to go to the beach rather than stay by the pool. The apartments had everything you needed in and were fine apart from the heat when sleeping.

Review 133：The whole facility is streamlined to squeeze maximum money out ofvisitors and givenothing in return. The staff has been minimised. Check in is serviced by 2 people when a whole bus load arrives. Takes TIME! No maintenance to speak of has been done since the 70s. Neptune buildings at least. No ventilation, slightly smelly rooms, half of the things in the room is broken or semi broken. The Beds are also from 70s and cheap stuff as well. Cleaning staff smokes in the corridors at night. Fire safety really poor and doubt that the fire alarm still works. Water pressure in shower hardly enough to rinse out conditioner. Buffet is.... poor. You don't have access to all pools, activities or play gardens. You have to pay extra for absolutely everything. Once you've arrived you just want to leave the complex and spend as much time away as possible. Expect the staff to be over worked and indifferent since they've seen the misery you experience so many times before. Guess they are all just waiting to get another job. We had to change hotel during vacation. This is really a dive!

Review 135：Eating. About 600m do restaurant from hotel. No drinks (even water) to dinner. No free tables, I had to look every time about 10 minutes. 2 times there was no plate (not a joke!) Instead of juice there was only a water, because people from service had no time to change cartrige with juice. Too less service people. - about 800km walking to beach. Ypu can use a boat (12EUR for 2 adults and 2 kids) which will take you to another beach. But still you have to walk about 200m do this boat, and another 200m to the beach. - Pool. You can assume that there is no pool. Every single sunbed is occupied every day. The same towels lay on sunbed, and there is no service which is trying to solve that situation.

Review 137：Accommodation was very dated, felt like I was in the 70's. Very dodgy electrics to the point where I was scared. Local kids used the pool. Kitchen facilities and crockery were very below a reasonable standard.

Review 141：The room's cost was quite high for what we got, which was essentially a place to leave our stuff as we toured around and to sleep, albeit there was no air conditioning and leaving the windows open did cool the room. Cleanliness was lacking and alot of the furniture/beds were not in the best shape, but we knwo going in the room quality was not the reason we had come to Mallorca. Another problem was the noise from the nearby bar/cafes on the property and people walking by and talking in the parking lot outside (and we were on the 7th floor!) wouldn't stop until after 2 a.m. regularly, so getting rest sometimes proved difficult for me and my wife. However, the noise didn't seem to bother our kids, who slept great every night.

Review 142：The room we had accommodated my family of 6 nicely. There are plenty of pools on the property and it's only a 10 minute walk to the beach (Alcudia).
