Review 1：NO concierge! Check in took forever, only ONE receptionist. Only 2 twin beds in a single room, no queen size or double bed and the mattress was very soft.

Review 2：Clean, safe, relatively large room. Very nice large window with a view over the city. Saw three firework locations for New Years in the distance.

Review 3：Unfortuntateky staff members' attitude was not satisfactory at all. Receptionist allowed the other guest to cut in front of us. Other staff replied us in a rude manner when we asked availability of restaurants nearby. We were really sorry and unhappy about this. Parking place was tight to park.

Review 9：We chose this hotel for the last night of our holiday as it was conveniently located for both our arrival at Oriente station and our departure from the airport, and we could easily access the city centre as there is a metro station right beside the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our 16th floor room was spacious with great views across the river. The bed was roomy and very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Everything was very clean and worked well. The hotel was very quiet at night and we had a great sleep. The lobby was a veritable United Nations with guests from all over the world. Breakfast was decent and plentiful, with good hot and cold food choices. The rate which included breakfast was incredibly good value.

Review 10：The health club and the pool were a bit of a disappointment. The club is simply a local leisure centre. The pool advertised as inside starting September, was still outside, with no facilities to change.

Review 11：Nice room, nice bathroom, great veiw. The restaurant was good, they didn't charge for my 11 year old who ate more than I did (buffet dinner).

Review 12：The reception staff couldn't find our booking.com reservation (thishappened to me first time in several years of using the service).Fortunately, they checked us in anyway.The swimming pool you see on the first photo doesn't even belong to the hotel, this is the pool of a nearby sports club that provides the hotel guests whith free admission vouchers. The swimming pool wasn't available in the first days of September (though the information in the hotel's profile said we could use it). The room interior was a bit "tired" and needed renovation. I couldn't close bathroom door without giving it a low-kick. In our non-smoking room we could smell some tobacco scent. There were convinient bedside 220V sockets to charge phones.

Review 21：The hair-dryers are from the 80's! Attached to the wall and heat up after a minute of use so if you have long hair you're in trouble! Also the hotel had no bathroom scales/weighing scales to weigh our bags :(

Review 38：Well, only tricky thing about the placement is the feature of Lisbon: distance means less when you are in such a hill-and-valley terrain. So even if the center is near, it's better to go by subway (Olaias station is in 50 m). Another minus - no teapot and teastuff in the room.

Review 42：I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Wednesday and Thursday nights were so peaceful and quiet but Friday night was so noisy in the hotel. It was not very easy to fall asleep because of the unnecessary noise at the corridors.

Review 43：Fist of all, I like location of Altis Park. It is very close to the Oalias metro station which on the red line. The airport metro station is also on the red line so it is possible to arrive at the hotel from the airport directly. The other possitive aspects is that I like breakfast. And Wife works well anywhere at the hotel.

A newer part or modern lisbon area however for afternoon exploring and last minute follow up on historical lisbon the metro was 20 metres from the doorway. Excellent breakfast options included in the price. This is a fully serviced hotel. Rooms are large.

Review 68：No realistic places to dine other than the hotel. Poor neighbourhood The hotel was continually overrun with coach tours. The other guests were displaced from meals and could not seek alternatives elsewhere. Hotel staff overwhelmed. Coach tour guests descended on breakfast and dinner buffet like locusts and left little for other travellers. No consideration of reserving some tables for other guests or setting up meal "shifts" for the many coach guests.

The swimming pool is NOT in the same location of the hotel but in a 5 minute walk away at the Olaias Club. When we got there one of the swimming pools was closed and under maintenance and the big one didn't look so good either. That was very misleading and unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel.

Review 93：Though we had a pleasant stay we actually thought the pool was part of the same complex. This is not the case the pool is simply pictures of a private facility near by (across the road 200 to 300m away from the hotel). You can use this facility for a fee. I feel that I was misled by your advertising. Altis Park Hotel If you are listening to the voice of your customers you would be better off removing the picture from your add. I actually booked this hotel thinking that the pool was within the same building. I am disappointed:-(

Review 94：Stayed at the Altis Park Hotel with my family and the hotel was fine. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was reasonable as well. WIFI worked and I guess that the Hotel is offering value for money. The metro is just in front of the Hotel which makes it very easy to get in to the center of Lisbon.

Review 114：The hotel was very busy on the days we stayed but the staff were all helpful and efficient in their jobs. Our room was quiet and had plenty of room. Breakfast was great, included bacon and eggs and good coffee. There is parking on site but the Metro is close and very easy to use.

From June 1st to September 30th, use of the Olaias Club's swimming pool is free of charge for guests at the Altis Park Hotel, subject to availability. The swimming pool is located 325 ft from the hotel.Please note that from January 1st, 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
