Review 1：As hinted, the hotel structure, leisure facilities - swimming pool etc, restaurant, proximity to the beach & Porta Ventura pretty mulch ticked all the right boxes for my family - along three kids. If I could make a quick mention of Sonia in reception - Cust care & consideration per excellence. As well as all the room janitors.

Review 2：The location, grandness, facilities, swimming pool were 18 carat. I felt they could have done with more staff. However, given this was relatively low season the staff available did a great job.

Review 5：Maintenance very poor, marks on carpets in rooms, cracks on balcony, wood trim chipped or missing. Most of the outside dinning and facilities closed. Rude bar staff in the evenings.

Review 9：Room service was terrible , food was not cooked properly, there is no turn down service. it is severing understaffed, and because of this the property is no longer mantained properly The staff is obviously overworked and not able to handle guest requests. It is clear that the managment / owners are not investing in this hotel any longer and are keeping it open with bare minimum staff and effort. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Review 11：The checkin was inadequate - the staff did not explain the floors are a and b levels. Their was no one available to take our luggage to our room and for 4.5 stars that was surprising. We had elderly with us - had to manage our own luggage. Disappointing

Review 28：great spa, but massages are designed only to relax . Who wants to get a figure modeling , cellulite and lymphatic drainage massage will be disappointed. I would like to , so for the next year was invited to the spa with a good massage therapist diploma doctor who knows how to do it right , these types of massage . Thank you !

Review 30：I had booked this room for my parents as a gift. There room overlooked the road when the hotel was clearly not that busy and they should have received a room with a view. I think booking.com rooms were reserved with view as I booked directly with the hotel for a room myself at last minute and was given a room with a beautiful view. Both rooms were also full of ants. The hotel receptionists were polite and friendly but not very knowledgeable. We asked about nice restaurants in a neighboring town and they were un able to recommend anywhere!
