Review 1：Headwaiter in the restaurant was rude and bad-mannered. He twice refused to serve as coffee - first after lunch (!) and then, on the next day after dinner - we asked coffee with dessert, what I suppose quite normal and appropriate.

Review 3：No walk-in shower and no adjustable shower head over the bath. No non-slip bath mat. No choice of meal on Christmas Eve - this proved a major disappointment as did the overall lack of vegetables with all our meals.

We appreciated the immaculate gardens, the inside seating areas, and the way the hotel was maintained and our room in particular. The dinner deserts were superb! Staff helpfulness and attention were excellent.

Review 6：Everything about the hotel. Unfortunately, we had some poor weather and although we relaxed in the lovely hotel, there was very little else to do away from the hotel itself.

Review 7：Sound insulation between the rooms should be improved. Snorring neighbour is the worst nightmare! Also the buffet selection should change after couple of days. 2 weeks the same is not very appreciated.

Review 29：Great rooms, facilities and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating to people that do not speak Spanish well. Great breakfast and beautiful beaches (one naturista and one family oriented.). Bring your own umbrella or buy one at a local shop.

Review 30：The Spa has a lot of water features in the poool also steam room and bio-thermic showers. We felt that 24 euro per day (2 people) to use it was rather exensive as an hour is all we wanted. There are no other bars or restaurants within walking distance.Need to drive or get a taxi. The twin/double room we had we felt was of a 4* standard although I am sure the superior rooms would be more luxurious.

Review 31：The hotel is beautiful with lovely gardens and seating areas. It has a small pool that overlooks the sea with a patio area and bar that is open in season and weekends. For the bungalows and suites there is a very small pool. There is also a Gym, Spa and Wellness centre for body and facial treatments. The restaurant Emperador with panoramic views and tasteful decoration was a pleasure to sit in. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. We ate twice in the evening and the meal was very good if a little overpriced. There are bars leading to the outside terrace again beautiful in the evenings.There is covered parking close by with no charge. There is a tram that runs to Alicante and Benidorm, Calpe and Denia this service was excellent and Paradis station is not far from the hotel and has plenty of parking next to the station.

Review 56：There are 2 beaches near the hotel: the first one is the smallest lagoon I have ever seen, with lots of people, so be prepared to feel somebody's elbows...the second one is a huge gorgeous beach, but....it is nudist!!!! If you are not a nudism oriented person - that might be a shock, especially for children. The swimming pool is a complete disappointment, extremely small, there's no enough space round the pool as well as no enough chairs.... Generally, this is not a family hotel!!!! No way to go there with the children....

Review 57：The hotel is a very specific place. It is ideal for elderly couples and those looking for intimacy and quiet atmosphere. It is located far from day and night life, the only way to get to it - take a taxi. Be prepared to be linked to hotel restaurant only as there is no other place to eat in the vicinity...Great sea view. Clean rooms. Nice food.

All staff went out of their way to make us feel at home from the moment we entered reception to the moment we left, this also includes the cleaning personnel., and the lovely Russian lady at the poolside bar. We could not fault anyone. The views are stunning , and the private beach amazing.
