Review 2：Bar and restaurant staff great, cleaners good on 11th January did a great job but till then bad. Two guests were unhygienic never washed or changed clothes and ponced cigarettes from whom they could and picked up from streets, entertainment non exists other than a miserable DJ that never speaks. Took 5 days to get a kettle and much longer to get a lamp as room was dark to get ready at night.WIfi VERY bad you pay for this but only get in reception and bar if lucky but intermittent. 100% not good

Review 4：The receptionist bother actually not to handle us when we arrived. The view from our terres was into a wall 1 meter from. The hotel is located in a residential quarter. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was very small.
