Review 1：That i couldn't spen a month at this hotel.

Review 2：I used booking.com for long time and this hotel is the most amazing hotel i ever visited in my life, the host was the kindest person, we had a bus at 5AM(!) the next day and we went to the reception to tell her that we will skip breakfast. instead of telling us "fine", she told her cook to make us a picnic for our trip at 4:30AM!! I can keep telling you how amazing this place is but you have to be there to understand, the rooms the hotel itself , the host, the cook ,the design, i will come back for sure! Thank you!

From the super friendly and helpful staff to the perfect location, from the decorated rooms to the jacuzzi bath tub in the room, and the high light- an unbelievable breakfast. Whatever you read in the reviews doesn't even begin to describe it- if I could give this place more then 10 I definitely would!

Review 13：My personal experience has been bad. I have came in hotel for 2 night. When I had came I was asked to spend one night in one room and the second night in anoter room. It was very uncomfortable for me because I couldn't well stay in the room and relax. In the morning I had to wait in line for having breakfast because the breakfast room was full.

Review 14：The hotel is more like 4 stars: very nice rooms with original design, very calm, good hot breakfast, bathrobes, safety box in the room... and more. It's situated in the charming old centre of Vielha. Excellent value for money.

Review 52：We were advised to go to the "best " restaurant in town, Era Coquela. If you have the restaurant make a reservation for you, be sure you will have a table in the main restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:00 when they opened. We had to sit in an empty large banquet room and were alone all night. We asked to sit in the restaurant dinng room and they said we had to sit in the auxiliary room. We should have left the restaurant then and there. When we left, it was 9:00, we looked in the decorated dining room and most of the tables were empty. The restaurant probably thought we would not leave by 9:00. They should not have given us a reservation.

Review 53：The hotel is run by three sisters who are friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast has a long dining room table full of tapa sized breakfast items. It had many sweets also. everyone seemed to like the novelty of the many treats. The hotel is in the middle of the medieval town. You can park in one of four public parking lots at night and not have to pay for parking. We would suggest parking when you come into town and walk into the main area and ask where the hotel is located. The information offices are usually closed from 2:00 to 5:00 in most places! That is just when we needed them. The next day, we got maps of the area and very good advise about a great and scenic hike out of Bausen. The desk lady forgot to return our passport and when we left two days later, we did not remember we didn't have it. When we arrived at our next stop in the Rioja wine area, we discovered we did not hae the passport. The new hotel called El Ciervo Hotel and asked them to express the passport to us. They did and we got the passport two days later . We appreciated them sending it to us. Remember to wait to get back your passport! We would recommend the hotel.

Review 54：Absolutely nothing about the hotel and all that it offered! I was there for two days (Friday and Saturday) and, in keeping with normal practice in Spain, there were late (very late) and somewhat noisy revellers! A very slight niggle.

Review 55：An exceptional hotel, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff were solicitous, attentive, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms supplied with all that one could wish for in terms of toiletries and other 'necessary' items. The breakfast was truly memorable, catering to every possible taste, with regular, unobtrusive replenishment of dishes and drinks. I loved this hotel and look forward to more stays there.

The rooms were very indulging , and decorated.with view to the mountains.Breakfast was beyond all expectation.And above all the stuff was so nice and willing . They think about all the littel details. even had alternative glasses for my husband when he lost his in the river... We highlly recommend it.we miss it already.
