Review 1：asked for non smoking upper floor, pool view, two rooms next to each other (booking was made 5 months ahead) and yet initially recieved smoking 2nd floor rooms not facing the pool. after insisting we received non-smoking upper floor rooms only one facing the pool - the other was across from this room. at checkout received a bill that did not belong to us, had to request cancellation which took long time.

Review 2：location is very nice, close to the sea, minutes walk from a water park (which we unfortunately could not enjoy because it was raining). Dining room offers reach meals.

Review 3：the hotel looks like 3 stars. the only "plus" is good location, near to the beach. when we arrived the reception wanted to give us standart room, but we owe another kind and pay much more than that one, after i gave them conformation letter from booking.com, they gave us our room, but said, that it was booking"s .com fault. the breakfast was very poor and you have to stay in a line about 20-30 minutes to get into restouran. after that if you want to use safe -box, balcony and parking you have to leave deposit from 5 to 20 evro besides prise,just to get key from the door. no mini bar in the room even for extra charge, no water, nothing.

Review 5：Staff were friendly but tried to charge us on check our when we had paid for all inclusive. I was not happy with the inconsistency of information between staff in Palas 1 vs staff in Palas 2. We were quoted different prices for taxis each time adding €50 or more. Too expensive!!

Review 10：The location of this hotel is excellent being a stones throw away from the beach and self catering facilities. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was extremely clean, well furnished and appointed with private parking should you require it. It was also very reasonable in the cost of the rooms and even though I did not eat at the hotel I am sure it would have been of a very good standard.The room I had was excellent with a balcony overlooking the pool area and everything was very clean and well appointed. I could not have asked for a better hotel for my 3 days stay in Salou

Review 14：Corridor noise - echo's. Could hear children running up and down corridor. Food choice is fair but it is a large hotel so can be a bit of a wait. The set up of bathroom means it is easy to flood floor and bathroom sink if the curtain doesn't go right the way round (which it didn't).

Review 26：the cost for myself as a widow is a bit expensive compared to the cost for two on half board. This year I only had breakfast and felt charges a bit high.
