Located in Vall de Aran in the Pyrenees, the apartments are spacious and are separated from the hubbub of the center of Vielha by a river.
The advantage of these apartments is the homey and cozy atmosphere. Ideal for a nature retreat with plenty of outdoor activities to participate in such as; horseback riding, rafting, and mountain biking. Close by is an ice rink and recreation center, just a short drive away is the Baqueira-Beret ski resort.

Review 1：Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Very clean and quiet; would be happy to stay here again. Phoned to say that we would be late arriving - no issue. Arranged for an earlier (9 am) checkout. Free on-site parking.

Review 7：Bathroom is poorly laid out .. bath could be bigger, door opens onto toilet. Occupants of the flat above spent most of their stay scraping the furniture on their floor (our ceiling) - suspect they may have been professional furniture removers who could not leave their work at home.

Review 8：Easy parking outside hotel, storage space for skis etc. Location is good with easy walk into town. Warm apartment (had to sleep with window open)

Review 9：There is no reception service really. If you don't stick to theirtimetable they do not answer the phone they are supposed to answer whenthey are not in, so you basically get stuck outside. Although we made areservation for a couple with a little girl way in advance they asked usto enter the room when we arrived to prepare the kid's bed. I thinkthey should have done it before without invading our privacy. They alsoremoved an extra sofa. The heating did not work. Finally thereceptionist is not very kind just strictly polite and did not even askus if our stay was pleasant.

Review 11：Limited cooking facilities. Electric hobs very slow. It would have been helpful to have had a card-controlled door lock with two cards, as many of the rooms appeared to have.

Review 13：The reception, trying to leave early morning and the receptionist was at the Doctor's so had to wait until 9.35 am before she arrived, should have been open at 9.00am, could have just walked out without paying, not very good customer service

Review 14：Dark, not enough lights. Dining table too up high, uncomfortable for children.
