Review 1：A little remote, need a transport option advertised into town would be great addition.

Review 3：The property was hired for a wedding during our stay. There was disruption from 9.00am until 7.00pm. Overwhelming noise and children.

Review 5：Too expensive; we stayed many years ago and quality has worsened. Breakfast is of poor quality and some rooms are too small and old; for instance, room located above the reception desk seems more a staff rest room than a guest room. We won't come back again.

Review 9：absolutely not worth the money. misleading descriptions like "suite with terrace and seaview" - terrace was towards the backyard and seaview... if you reach out from the tiny tiny window. one must understand that it is a traditional farmhouse and it is meant to be dark and gloomy. such waiste with the location though. the biggest dissapointment and easiest thing to fix - bedlinen had holes! in it, as well towels were used to pieces giving it a cheap one-star hotel air and making one feel dirty. come on. would not recommend. and finally: took nearly half an hour to get coffee for breakfest.

Review 10：pool with the view is as promised: fantastic. great lushy gardens, peaceful inspite of the road nearby. sympathic to have some animals on the grounds, a donkey and lamb and chicken, makes it less touristy. best shower i ever had - and it is not a small detail!

Review 13：We reserved and was confirmed a big room with shared balcony for 5 days. We got a very tiny room with the sink in the room and no balcony. The hotel send a message that they changed our reservation less than 24 hours before arrival. This is simply not reasonable. The room was so small that our suitcases could not stay open. 3 nights the rain came in through the window so we had to get up. This is simply not reasonable for a hotel in the luxury class.

Review 15：The room was not as described. It was the smallest room we had ever stayed in. I couldn't hang up all my clothes, let alone my husbands. The sink was in the bedroom within which you couldn't swing a cat. It was off reception which meant you heard all the comings and goings - not brilliant. We paid for a spacious bedroom with either a balcony or terrace plus a bright bathroom , non of which we got. And this isn't particularly cheap, so even more disappointing. I don't know why they rent this room out - it brings the rest of the hotel down a notch which is a shame. We are disappointed with Booking.com and disappointed with SaPadrissa

Review 26：As it is located out of town near a fairly busy road (not leading to sound disturbance) a car is recommended to move around. Would have preferred some lighter lunch options including soup to compensate for the excellent breakfast and long and very good dinners.

Review 27：A wonderful location with beautiful views and many places in the large garden including pool and terraces to enjoy these from. With the good restaurant hardly any reason to leave the territory other than for sightseeing as the views beat those of restaurants in deia itself.

Review 30：I loved the attention to detail and the very relaxed professional way the hotel was managed. I never saw a maid and yet our hotel room was cleaned before we came back from breakfast. it is also in a great location which I don't think could be bettered.

Review 32：There are only nine rooms, no children, and the staff are very attentive. It is typical very good Mallorcan rustic charm. Everything is good quality and breakfast and lunch (in summer I imagine also dinner) outdoors overlooking mountains and sea.

Review 33：We were informed the room had sea view, but the room had no sea view,and when we asked for sea view we were told there were no availabilityeven though only three other couples stayed there at the time. Thewireless internet worked only for two hours during the whole stay. Whenwe arrived back on Sunday afternoon at about 5pm the entire hotel wasclosed! Even the gate at the entrance, so we could not get in !!! Therewas a remote key point for the gate, but it did not work. Fortunatelythe owner was home and let us in. However everything was closed, eventhe small lounge. We could only get access to our bedroom. The ownerhelped us to find a restaurant in the village 10 minutes drive away,which was awful. They also claim to have many tv channels, which iscorrect if you speak German. They only have a couple of News channels inEnglish. There are two big cats , who try to get in to your room, so notso great for people with cat allergies. The breakfast is only ok , poorbread and poor cheeses, but you could get fresh juice, eggs and bacon.On the whole I believe this is a good place during the summer months,but definitely not during low season.
