Review 1：Staff are not helpful and we were charged 90 euros for cleaning for one day of stay. Cannot believe it is so expensive to clean a house. Further to this the address shown in Booking.com takes you to a different address from the hotel. When we could not find it we called the hotel and they informed us that we had to drive to another location where the actual hotel location was and then after settle the bill they take you back to an apartment (not part of the hotel) where the address originally shows. The owner did not even try to help when we had issues and we had to call them again in order to get the Wifi password. Expected much much better for the price of more than Euro 200 for one night. To make it worse the village has nothing to offer as it is small and has barely any shops or restaurants. Would suggest to search elsewhere.

Review 3：There was no hot water when we arrived which was extremely disappointing as it was exceptionally hot and we all wanted to wash ... however, the staff were very helpful and allowed us to use the facilities at the main lodge (about 300m away), they also arranged for the water to be fixed very quickly so it was working in the morning. These things happen but it did affect our enjoyment and meant that we didn't have time to try the sauna or fab looking showers! The duplex appears to have been recently finished and there is still a bit of snagging work to be done (such as loo roll holder in upstairs bathroom being incomplete) and the buzzer to the building sounded all day (think this may have been due to heat as it stopped at night). I also think that the 90 Euro cleaning fee is excessive .... if this represents the real cost of cleaning this house then I may consider giving up my job as an academic and moving to Austria to be a cleaner as it is clearly a very lucrative business and the surroundings are beautiful!!

Review 4：The duplex apartment was in a beautiful location, very tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We only stayed one night and wished we had booked longer.

Review 5：Thanks to Barbara and all the hotel crew we had a perfect lovely vacation. The hotel was so comfortable and you had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Location is good for skiers but a bit far from the center.. Thanks all..

Review 9：It's a picture perfect place and the apartment has fabulous views. Step out of the living room and you see vast meadows, 3 big mountains, a beautiful stream flowing right outside the apartment. In the apartment compound, for kids, there is a playing area with slides, swings, see-saw etc (which my 2-year old just wouldn't leave). The apartment itself is extremely beautifully furnished. 2 separate bedrooms (1 with kids bunk bends and 1 master bedroom). The living area has comfortable sofas, a big flat screen, music system, free wifi. Kitchen is well stocked too with oven, stove, utensils, coffee maker, kettle etc. The only missing item is a microwave. And there is a UV Sauna inside the apartment!!! Within walking distance, there are 3 fantastic restaurants. Grill Tenne is a must try!

Review 10：The apartment was clean and cosy, the size and location is just perfect. As surprise there were toys and a playground for children, and a Nespresso machine with capsules for parents. We'd had a great time and can only recommend it for families with children.
