Reviews for Hotel Rural los Tadeos

Review 1:A wonderful location with a stunning view, an infinte pool, very good and helpful service when we asked for better reading lights, very nice breakfast and a surprisingly good restaurant with a very good menu

Review 2:Beautiful hotel. We were warmly welcomed. The room was spacious. It opened onto a large deck facing the infinity pool and the surrounding mountains. The hotel is also a restaurant. The food was excellent, especially tappas. Management/owner was extremely helpful.

Review 3:Would be nice to have an electric kettle to make coffee/tea in the morning. Otherwise all was great.

Review 4:A charming hotel with a beautiful view from our room and from the terrace. The room was small, but had a comfortable bed and was quiet. A nice change after the noise of the bigger cities. We enjoyed a delicious meal on the patio and were able to have a simple breakfast before starting out in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Review 5:Great location, about a 10 minute walk into town. Beautiful infinity pool and views. We were sorry we didn't try the evening meal in the restaurant as recommended to us by a local.

Review 6:Nothing...it was perfect!

Review 7:This hotel is in the most beautiful spot just outside Zahara town. It is a complete oasis of calm...& in the present heatwave, of coolness too, as it is air conditioned throughout. Its infinity pool is just gorgeous, with unending views over the sierras. My room was spacious & had a lovely terrace, with pool & mountain views. Everywhere in the hotel was immaculately clean & tidy.

Review 8:Like many hotels in Spain, the Wifi connection wasn't very strong and disconnected periodically.

Review 9:The staff was very devoted and worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best vacation. The amenities were stellar. This was a fabulous base for exploring the region. Very highly recommended.

Review 10:Amazing location with fantastic views (ask for a bedroom at the back of the property, some even have private terraces). Spacious room, everything spotlessly clean. Five minutes' walk into the centre of town. Hard to find fault!

Review 11:Absolutely Nothing !!

Review 12:I am a frequent visitor to this Hotel. I always enjoy my stay and feel very comfortable and at home there. I would only use this Hotel if I went to Zahara as it is faultless in my opinion.

Review 13:A very good, small hotel in beautiful surroundings with a magnificent view

Review 14:fantastic place and quality/price ratio

Review 15:Service, facilities, equipment, cleanliness. The food at restaurant was very good and the wine, Pago del Espina was amazing!

Review 16:Uncomfortable beds. Drain bathroom sink plugged. Dirty airconditioning and ventilation.

Review 17:Fanstastic view, clean infinity pool and very relaxing place. The staff was nice and we were lucky to have an upgrade of the room.

Review 18:The location has the most incredible views, and is quite tranquil in comparison to other white villages

Review 19:Location, magneficent view

Review 20:A jewel of a location

Review 21:Hotel and swimming pool with stunning views, quiet area, friendly staff, great location close to the village.

Review 22:Nothing.

Review 23:Authentic.peaceful.amazing views.

Review 24:Infinity swimmingpool! The shower, the balcony and its views were also very good. Zahara one of the most cosy pueblo blanco.

Review 25:The village, the location, the room, the pool, the view

Review 26:There was a private event at the hotel restaurant so we weren't able to have dinner there. However there were other choices in the town.

Review 27:Loved our spacious room with balcony and the infinity pool on a hot afternoon. Pleasant walk up to town centre where the views and the sunset were great.

Review 28:A convenient large double room with a big terrace. Wonderful view from the terrace and from the very nice pool area. Perfect location. A good inexpensive restaurant. Very nice owners.

Review 29:Some adjustment could be made to the motion activated sensors which should light up a dark corridor leading to the rooms, but didn't seem to be working when we stayed. It made it very gloomy and difficult to find the keyhole to the door of the room. We would have liked to have eaten in the restaurant on the evening of our stay, but it appeared to have been given over to a small local child's birthday party, with all the hubbub and accompanying noise that brings, so we felt we had no choice but to eat elsewhere.

Review 30:Beautifully situated on the outskirts of Zahara de la Sierra, this small hotel has amazing views over the surrounding countryside. Bedrooms are traditionally styled and ours had a balcony where you could have a drink and take in the views. There is a small infinity pool which was closed in March when we visited, and a small bar and restaurant. Bar prices very fair for a hotel. Plenty of free car parking.

Review 31:No complaints really, but the hotel can be a bit cool at night in February.

Review 32:Extremely pleasant helpful staff. Beautiful view from our room. Very clean. Good location for hikers.

Review 33:There is nothing to not like about Los Tadeos

Review 34:I have stayed at Los Tadeos on several occassions now and have found the services excellent and of the same high standard. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I love staying there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Review 35:Would have quite liked a mini bar in the room but this is just a minor item.

Review 36:We loved the views, lovely infinity pool, and the delightful rustic style, well equipped rooms which were nicely furnished. Food was very nice and the terraces were lovely places to relax.

Review 37:Nothing at all

Review 38:The owners are very friendly and accommodating. It has some of the most beautiful views I have seen from a hotel and being a seasoned traveller I would highly recommend you stay here if you are in the area. The pool is fantastic and the food is great as well. It's also great value for money, all round... It's a must.

Review 39:Walls are paper thin and if you have noisy neightbours as we had (luckily they stayed only one night), it can be really annoying so bring earplugs. The rooms have been nicely renovated but I don't understand why they did not change the mattresses... They are really uncomfortable, you can feel the mattress springs whilst laying.

Review 40:We stayed 3 nights in this lovely hotel which I could not recommand enough. The staff is really helpful and friendly, our room had a decent size with a great terrace, the pool is just amazing, the view is breathtaking, and it is located no more than 10 min walk from the center (uphill though).

Review 41:Only one let down the Air conditioning was not working fully but as it was only one night we managed ok otherwise nothing.

Review 42:Adored the infinity swimming pool. Loved the old world charm of the rooms and bedrooms. Plumbing facilities perfect ( for a change ) Fantastic views and good food. Staff hard working and very friendly. Bedrooms nicely furinshed and nice soft furnishings.

Review 43:The renovations have resulted in smaller rooms overall, and the bathrooms are now rather cramped - with shower only, no bath.

Review 44:We've stayed at this family-run hotel several times, and it's always a great experience. Wonderful views over the mountains from the west-facing rooms, which have terraces overlooking the pool. Over the last three years, the younger generation of the family have been up-grading the rooms and dining facilities and added a lovely pool - so it's not quite as budget-friendly as it used to be, but still good value for money. Very comfortable rooms. Being out of the town centre, it's very peaceful and relaxing - although travellers without a car should be warned that it's a good uphill walk to the town centre!

Review 45:TV was not especially user friendly. Internet WiFi was spotty.

Review 46:Very nice hotel near Zahara, much closer to town than we expected. Room was spartan, but more than we expected for the rate. Restaurant prepared excellent dinner. The area was quiet and scenic.

Review 47:Nothing, we have been going here for ten years.

Review 48:The hotel has been greatly improved over the years and the rooms are now really quite outstanding. The hotel is family run and more friendly and helpful people you could not wish to find.

Review 49:The staff, the pool, the views, the room

Review 50:Too far and too steep for older people to walk to town center.

Review 51:terrace with great view. Pool is nice. Zehara is great town. Owner very nice.

Review 52:view, swimming pool, dining room, terrace, nature, walk to view point,

Review 53:Rooms are simple and don't have too much light

Review 54:Amazing view from the room

Review 55:position very nice pool dinner excellent big room

Review 56:The place we enjoyed staying most. Simple, friendly, authentic, excellent food. We could not help but hug the owners when we left. Wonderful.

Review 57:The best place to stay in Zahara de la Sierre. Beautiful views and most helpfull staff! Clean and the food is good.

Review 58:The location of the hotel is intimate, very close to view points and other amenities. Beautiful pool with mountainview.
