Review 1：The standard room had a terrible bed which was very woobly when someone moved around in the night. Room was quite small and a bit dark and was not well soundproofed. So you could hear everyone coming up or down the stairs. We did not sleep well during our one week stay at this hotel. Our standard room (lowest category) did not have WIFI reception.

Review 2：Very nice house, friendly staff and nice location in a nice small town. Very nice (but small) pool area. Free parking just a few meters away.

Review 3：When booking with booking .com it did not make it very clear about not having breakfast included!! When getting to the hotel we thought breakfast was inclued especially as the hotel owners left a breakfast tick sheet in our room and we were told to fill it in we were not told once that it was 15 euro per person which was not worth it. Also we ticked 2 separate sheets but if we ticked the same thing we would get it once so we had to share it 90 Euro later we feel very conned. We feel they should tell you breakfast is extra.

Review 25：It is unlikely to get a balcony room unless booked directly through the hotel. However, none of the three have much privacy as they overlook the courtyard.

Review 31：The hotel was very peaceful and tastefully decorated. Noelia and her staff were very attentive and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Huge choice for breakfast - can recommend the poached egg with sausage and potato cream - yummy! Had dinner one evening in the hotel and had delicious prawns to start and steaks to follow - excellent. The train station is minutes away from the hotel, where you can catch a train to Palma (takes about 50 minutes). Hotel has a small gym and sauna, and massages can be arranged. What more could you ask for.

Review 32：Sineu is a quiet, unspoilt town in the centre of the island, with a lovely selection of restaurants and bars to while away the time, and surrounded by glorious countryside. Can Joan Capo reflects this ambience, combining a traditional converted Majorcan town house with sensitive modern design just 50 yards from the town square. The breakfasts in the courtyard are beautifully presented with a large choice of freshly prepared dishes, and the adjacent pool is perfect for a lie-down followed by a cooling dip.
