Review 1：Service of staff was excellent they could not do enough for us. The hotel was clean and well looked after. We only had breakfast at hotel which, was outstanding. As we were visiting relatives we eat out with them every night.

Review 4：The location is great, next to a beautiful beach, with lots of shops close by and is great for walks. The service was one of the best I have experienced, as they were able to assist with all my queries and with the rent a car. The massage was out of this world as well. Overall had an amazing honeymoon.

Review 11：Sound proofing between rooms could have been better. Bathroom lacked an extraction fan. Air conditioner was loud and not especially effective. Port d'Alcudia is a sleepy little spot, grand for a few days, no more.

Review 14：Sunbeds directly at the beach (are outside of the hotel) cost extra & look north so that you have to turn around in order to look into the sun. But if you do so you look at the parking space & then you have the ocean in your back!

Review 20：The staff here cannot do enough for you. Even the gardeners said 'adios' when we left! Rooms are cleaned every day if you want them to be. Cleaning staff leave lovely little touches. The location is stunning. No worries about not enough beds around the pool and after a large influx of people during my week, the staff put out extra beds but not all had an umbrella but I did always manage to get one. The food was varied and plentiful and catered as much for my european allies as they did for the Brits. A very romantic hotel that I shall definately return to.

Review 55：the price was very good for the hotel. it was clean and breakfast was included which was very impressive. I was expecting a dub standard buffet but they did their best to have everything one could want (based on it not being a 5* international hotel). The gardens and pool area were clean and calm. overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely go back. Plus the location is fab and you can dine in all the local restaurants on your door step.

Review 56：Went there to work and relax, but with the total lack of a useful WiFi / Internet access in the rooms this was not possible. Even in the lobby it was slow. So if you need Internet access this is not the place. Not being a German, it would have been nice with a bit more local feel as well, but the default language is German. But it seems like this almost all over Mallorca....

Review 57：The location next to the sea is great. Rooms were good and the one we got was right next to the pool and with a view. The breakfast was ok too. The lady cleaning the apartment was really nice and made small animals with the towels for our 3 year old (dog, turtle). In general staff was kind and nice.

Lovely pool and nice grassy sunbathing area. Helpful friendly staff. Buffet style breakfast with a wide choice of good food. (We only had breakfast included in our rate and did not bother with lunch, having filled up at breakfast. In the evenings we ate at local restaurants, most of which were good.)
