Review 1：Rude personnel, lack of information regarding refund of toll road tax, misinformed by hotel personnel regarding rules for refunding toll road tax (grossglockner hochalpenstrasse). Toll road fee was refunded by tourist information office in the end. No Wi-Fi reception in the room.

Review 4：Clean, comfortable room with beautiful views down the valley. The location is very peaceful (on the edge of town). It's an easy walk into town for dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and lovely balcony in the room.

Review 5：- loud music in the bar in the evening. We were already sleeping when music started to bang. There was some local party down there with Sonnblick landlord in "main" role. They totally ignored our kind request to reduce the volume. After hour and a half finally they stopped, so we could get some sleep after long day, driving, skiing etc. We were shocked, we'd never imagine something like this to happen in Austria. - we were not allowed to upgrade our package to half board. Like they don't want to make extra money?? - limited pieces of bread for breakfast!

Review 8：Sehr schlecht syganał Wi-Fi. Praktisch das einzige Restaurant, und es sollte überall sein. Sehr klein, old-style TV. Recht teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten, in denen ich in Österreich war.

Review 10：We arrived and found that there was no reception table. There was a lady running here and there to serve the customers in the restaurant. She took along time before she led us to a room in the rooftop. We found that the room was not as described at booking.com. It had no balcony , it was in the roof top, and the hair dryer was in the corridor common to all rooms !!! I went down asking for a password of the internet, the same woman took half an hour to reply to me. The wifi did not work in the room, it did not work in the public area. She told me that it would only work in a very small corner in the restaurant. I was so tired that I used the net for only 2 minutes to find that she added 5 euros to my bill. What is in the booking is that wifi was available in the entire hotel !! I tried to argue my bill with her in the morning but she was trying to be nice that I decided to pay and get out of the place. One thing more, in the room I found a list of the walk in prices for the summer of 2012. Surprisingly, the prices were about 50% lower !!!
