Review 1：WIFI was poor. Unable to connect most of the time.

Review 2：Staff and cleanliness were very good. The restaurant was pleasant and the rooms were well appointed.

Review 3：Extremely nice and attentive staff. We left passports in the safe and they didn't wait for us to realize, they called Booking to see if there was a way to contact us. Since we had already left Lugo they sent it to us by express mail. Incredibly nice of them.

Review 5：We only stayed one evening to be closer to certain locations we wanted to see: Playa de Caterales, the roman walls of Lugo and Las Medulas. The rooms were clean, large and hotel was nicely done.

Review 6：A modern hotel with spacious rooms and good service, it is handy for the autoroute and has a bus stop outside to take you to town. It offers generous tapas, too!

Review 7：We arrived to find a fullcar park as there were four wedding reception in progress. However Isobel in reception helped us to find a place and the dining room staff welcomed us for an excellent evening meal despite their having to clear up all the fall out from hundreds of wedding guests and they must have been exhausted.

Review 9：The best thing was the lovely Raquel The only fluent speaker of English. Almost a complete lack of English in the hotel.facilities are good but there is a completre lack of information in the room as to the services available.

Review 13：The hotel was very comfortable. The staff were all helpful. Car parking was easy. Bus leaves for Lugo from outside the hotel cost €0.32 each. Taxi €12. Food can be taken in the bar, is very good and very inexpensive as is breakfast. WIFI very good. Local ham is outstanding.

Review 14：When we first pulled up to the hotel I wondered why we had chosen one on the main road to Lugo but when you go inside it is quiet and so well renovated with huge clean bedrooms and bathrooms and only 10 minutes drive to get to look at the old city centre so you have the best of both worlds. However the real gem of our stay was when we ended up in the café/bar at 7pm tired and really hungry to find that the restaurant only opened at 8.30 and whilst there was an array of tapas they all contained meat which we don't eat. The delightful barman looked at us and understood our dilemma and made a huge effort to find us some vegetarian and fish tapas and then organise a fish meal early. Now that is real customer service and we would really like to thank Moses the waiter for his kindness, the hotel is lucky to have you on it's staff. Plus of course thanks to the chef for cooking early for us not in the Spanish meal time zone!

Review 16：Staff was very friendly and explained what to see in the city center and where to park the car. The hotel is a few km away from downtown but can be reached quickly by car. There´s plenty of parking space nearby. Wifi is ok.

Review 17：Everything was fine. So much so that we stayed an extra night instead of moving on to Oviedo (luckily there was a last minute cancellation). Would thoroughly recommend the hotel. Excellent value for money!

Review 44：Great hotel. Lugo looked like a nightmare to drive in to us. This hotel was the perfect alternative. Bus stop right out the front, and only a 10 euro taxi ride (and considering how cheap the hotel was, we were happy to pay for cabs). The hotel itself is very modern, perhaps lacks traditional charm, but very comfortable - large room and bathroom, huge shower. Large restaurant/bar on site. The hotel receptionist booked a cab for us and advised us to watch the map, as the cab drivers like to drive in circles for tourists. We never had a problem with this in 4 taxi journeys. Not the best hotel we've ever stayed in, but couldn't beat it and would definitely return if we ever visit Lugo again. Also, huge car park out front, and very convenient for motorways.

Review 45：Plenty of parking space outside the hotel although a bit exposed but private parking is available although we did not use it. Don't let this put you off if staying in the area.

Review 46：The hotel was modern and our room VERY comfortable and generously sized. An excellent choice when visiting the area. The hotel was excellent for our needs. Lugo a pretty little town with a nice atmosphere in the pedestrianized historic areas.
