Review 1：We arrived after travelling for 10 hours and had to wait 2 hours to check in. The triple room was more like a youth hostel room and the beds were much to soft. It was hot and there was no air conditioning, we could sleep. as it was so hot in the room

Review 8：Not a very nice location if you want to go for a stroll in the evening to stretch your legs. On the bend of a very busy road with virtually no pavements. There seemed to be no interesting restaurants or boutiques available after having risked one's life looking for the town centre.

Review 10：We were surprised by how much traffic passed the hotel. This shouldn't have affected us greatly as we should have been able to keep the windows closed at this time of year. Unfortunately, the heating would not switch off and so the choice was traffic noise or swelter!
Review 11：3rd floor room with no lift. Landing at top of stairs had door opening outwards, so luggage had to be balanced on stairs to allow door to open for access to corridor. In the bedroom, no place to hang long garments. Bathroom(cupboard?) smaller than on a ferryboat. No plug for washbasin. WC filthy, looked as if someone had dumped coffee grounds in it which were crusted to the sides of the bowl. Ceiling panels at sides of window projected too far from walls and over table, causing a bumped head on occasions. Only emergency lighting on stairs until the morning.

Review 15：Arguably the room allocated to us through Booking.com is the worst in the hotel. It's balcony is almost over the road and if you needed the the door (no window) open the traffic noise would be unbearable. The set menu in the restaurant was very poor. Breakfast a shambles one morning. Owners seem to lack pride in the hotel.
