Review 1：within easy walking distance from main resort area , although hilly and steep would not suit anyone with disabilities. Have stayed at this accommodation four times now and will be back again next year 2016
Review 2：We did not have a bad experience per se but we were a couple in a twin bed apartment. Matress not very comfy. We just used a single bed in the end. To improve our stay the hotel should provide a kettle in the room.

Review 4：If you travel by foot the apartman is on the hill so you have to walk every time down and up. On terace was one cockroach, but its I think everywhere - it was not in the apartment so ok.

Review 9：Breakfast was good.Only stayed for one night as we were staying on the south of the island, but i have to say the male receptionist was very nice because we had forgot to take our passports with us but he booked us in using my husbands driving licence.

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious but we did not like the balcony and the view. The driver took us to another hotel and they offered us a room with a beautiful balcony.We stayed at another hotel.

Review 41：This is my third visit to this apt complex , visiting friends on the island. It is easily accesable for shops beach and only 20 minutes from airport norte. I shall always book this apt again .

You'll be excused if you think they just ran out ofnails and paint while putting the finishing touches on that room...Though maybe only the "special offers" from the last floor may sufferthis slight inconvenient *don't bother with room WiFi, or better yetcheck you have the signal before purchasing the 2€/day code. Anyway ifyou're cheap or wanna limit your browsing habits Puerto de la Cruz hascity-wide WiFi and as long as you connect with 5mn trial codes you cankeep your money and have internet access from any room. *Folks havelimited English-speaking ability, our knowing some Spanish certainlyhelped. They're excellent in German on the other hand, and since theNorth is known as the "German half of the island" I suppose that's notreally a surprise
