Review 1：Practical position if you travel with your car- it's practically in the back of a fuel station but no bad smells. Next to the motorway and ten minutes driving from the centre of Lugo.
Review 2：Location very difficult to find. No signage, it was at a gas station and although it said "off the highway exit", I could not figure which exit. Also there is a Ceao Express hotel in the same area that added to the confusion.
Review 3：Helpful, friendly staff. Brought us a portable heater as the automatic heat is programmed to turn on at 8 pm and it was very cold in the room. Lady clerk went out of her way to make us comfortable. Eg. She brought us menu from the cafeteria (restaurant opens at 8pm) and brought us to an area which she told us correctly that it would be more comfortable vs a bar stools.
