Review 1：Comfort. Rooms furniture and equipments where really old. Even I was shocked by electricity several times while turning on and of a light.

Review 2：Food and location. SPA was clean and nice and good thing it was included to a price.

Review 3：One major disappointment. We stayed in no 1 hotel and the restaurant staff were awful. In the evening it was obvious that they were rushing to finish. They were setting tables for breakfast as soon as you started eating. A bit like a fast food joint. We stayed at the Donaire hotel last month and although only three star was much better. Especially the food and waiting staff.

Review 4：Nice quiet hotel. We were on the third floor facing golf course. Location spot on .

Review 5：The staff on reception were terrible. The girl who checked us in was miserable and kept walking away before I had finished asking her questions about accessing the safe, getting a bus etc. We had requested a cot which wasn't there on arrival and we had to wait hours after asking for it, not ideal after a long journey with a baby. We requested a room on the bottom floor due to having the buggy, ended up on top floor as far from reception as possible, however I was glad of it in the end as the entertainment was on late and was loud. The room was never properly cleaned and towels had make up stains on them. Beds were rock hard with scratchy blankets. Pool was freezing, couldn't take the baby in but had a heated indoor pool you could pay to use... 10 euro each for adults! baby was free.

Review 6：Location was great, near beach and restaurants, near to bus stop. Our room overlooked a nice area with lots of trees, a golf course I think. Good variety of food at breakfast. Breakfast staff much more pleasant than reception.

Review 7：Extremely disappointed with the extra costs....for everything that should be a standard in any 4 star hotel... Like extra for use of...gym, tennis court, padel tennis court, tv use, room safe....list of extra charges is endless....even when you go for the all inclusive option.

Review 11：Ants! We had them in the room, the hotel staff quickly cleared them but they came back, in the end we bought any spray from the local supermarket to keep the problem under control.

Review 13：Hotel is massive, there is 3 enries and i havent received any details on my booking for the entry to choose on arrival, is quite difficult to find a parking space just to stop for 5 mins to find out you are not in the right place, so i would recommend them to send some e-mail confirmation wich entry to choose on arrivals. Drinks are not included to your dinner, even water. They charge you extra money for the safe in your room, i havent seen that ever before! As hotel itself is massive -it feels like you are in some city town, always busy, noisy, dinamyc. So i wouldn't reccomend it for travelers looking for cosy stay and quite chill.

Review 14：Good choice for reasonable price. Town is nice, clean, cosy and modern. Just 5 mins walking distance to main beach. Good choice for lazy holiday!

Review 15：Paper thin walls and floors, so you can hear everything. ie flushing toilets, showers, conversations and ladies in high heel shoes. In one week I had to move 3 times. I had planned to stay 2 extra days, but cancelled.

Review 21：Stopped over for one night for a girlie get away. Hotel very clean, buffet dinner good variety of food, breakfast good, location of hotel great with the attached spa. Treatments fantastic. Excellent value for money as usual!

Review 22：The lack of help or any movement from reception staff/manager when we arrived without our passports. I live nearby and my friend had come to visit so we had booked an overnight stay here as a treat. Naturally like the UK we didn't take the passports to the hotel as they were safer in my flat. The manager was quite rude and refused to let us check in even with my driving license as the booking was in my name. This involved an expensive round trip in a taxi to collect the passports. It took the shine off an otherwise excellent stay.

Review 23：The selection of food for dinner and breakfast was amazing. Considering we are both quite fussy eaters due to our lifestyles. Also the spa was great, even if the swim caps make you look a bit daft!

Review 26：The only thing I didn't like was the fact the maid walks in at different times so you can never be sure unless you go for breakfast every morning which isn't always what you want to do on holiday.

Review 27：We stayed here 16th September till 23rd and absolutely loved it. The entertainment team are amazing, up for a laugh and there to brighten your day all the time. So we came back on the 11th October for a few days. All inclusive means that we could get everything we could need for our stay, the room was nice and staff were friendly.

Review 28：Plates and dishes were not very clean and when you ask them staff to removed them, they excuse the uncleanliness saying it was only water. Dishes were sticky with fat and forks and spoons had left over food or finger prints on. Meal times were very stressful, a lot of people, dishes making sound everywhere, overworked staff. I guess it's ok for people who has children and just want to forget about them for a while. The beach near by was nice, but totally full, every single day. One had to fight for every inch of sand.
