Review 1：Very basic, eventhough modern. The noise is awfull, on the floor, outside... When people pass over this long bridge sounding like trucks passing by. Awfull is the knocking on the door of so called room service to pull u out of bed... At 9 am!!!!

Review 3：It's slightly removed from the town centre and we were too tired to journey back in that evening.

Review 4：At first sight, we were slightly surprised by the utilitarian appearance of the building. The neighbourhood also seemed a bit drab after cycling through lovely Krems. However, the rooms were clean and the receptionist was extremely helpful to us. There was also easy access back onto the Danube cycle path the following morning.

Review 5：The Building is actually a container...no window in the room and some noise in the morning. It is in a industrial zone, 10min away by Bike from the center. For this, the price is a bit too high.

Review 11：I did not realize that this hotel far outside of the center of Krems and is really only accessible for travellers with cars. The hotel has no air conditioner and the rooms are designed without windows. It was stifling in the room. When we arrived on a Sunday you had to check-in with a machine and it assigned us a room on the third floor with no elevators. I was travelling with an older traveller who could not do 3 floors. The onsite staff did help me reach someone who helped us change to another room.

Review 15：Mode of chambers' allocation by checking machine is very bad: for me - at second floor, although isn't many people in the hotel. It would be better that you can choose from the total room staff available rooms displayed on the screen of checking machine.

Review 16：You need to be confortable with the concept of the hotel and take into account things like not permanent reception. The room is confortable but in my case it was a bit cold. The position is not the best because you need to take a taxi if you are around in the evening.

Review 22：The hotel is outside of the city center in a commercial/industrial area. There are few restaurants/stores in the immediate area. We ate downtown before heading to the hotel, so this was not an issue for us.

Review 23：This hotel is rather unusual in that it is staffed only for a few hours each day. We checked in via a self-serve kiosk, which worked well. The rooms were very small, but well arranged and efficient. The room worked quite well for our 12 hour stay, as we arrived late and left early. We had no issue with the temperature in the room, but I could not find a thermostat.

Review 67：Plenty of things... The rooms are small. No windows. Only the door has a glass insert and there is only a small ventilation window above the door. The door has a roller blind, but the ventilation window does not. This is a problem, as the lights on the corridor are near the window, so there is electric light in the room all night. This is a staff free hotel, so if you arrive after 20:00, there will be nobody to help you. There is free wi-fi service, but you only can get the code from the staff, or if the staff is not there you have to call a call center, and there they will tell you the code. Why??? Why do I have to call a phone number abroad? This is extra cost. Sound isolation of the rooms is poor, and as there is no ventilation, you have to keep open the ventillation window, making the poor noise isolation more ineffective. Location is in an industrial area, there are no shops or restaurants where you can buy a meal or a beer. And the most absurd: there are automated lights in the bathroom, and if you have a longer shower, and use the shower curtain the motion sensor will not detect you, and will switch off the lights. Fortunately, you do not want to take a shower for a long time, as probably because they have electric water heater, hot water runs out of the evening. You might imagine this as a cheap deal, but if you want breakfast, it costs maximum 15-20% less than the average I have experienced in that area, during our bike trip.

Review 69：Let's get this straight - this is the first "negative" review I write about a hotel, and hopefully the last as well... There are so many things they've done wrong trying to be "budget-friendly" (actually, cutting the costs for themselves) - there are plenty of options out there for the same price, offering much better value. First, when I realized there is only limited check-in time and some "access code" is required to check-in outside that time, I called the hotel and after long wait a lady answered quite rudely, as if I had to know that "there is a hotline number on the check-in machine". Next, the hotel building itself is a joke, like a homework of an architecture student trying to be innovative but failing to meet basic functional requirements. Everything there was made of cheap mdf panels, which is not bad as a fact, but everything was squeaking like hell - the bed, the table and also the ceiling - under every step of our upstairs neighbours. The hotel "lobby" is actually an outdoors area, as are the hallways - don't be surprised to find pile of snow outside your room's door on a winter morning. I could go on and on with this... Also, back to the very point, the room and bathroom were not very clean. To wrap it all up, I was expecting a lot more based on the *** rating, hotel pictures and descriptions, and was very disapointed to find out it was a shed rather than a hotel.

Review 71：The web site did not indicate the room would be so small. I was under the impression we would be getting a non smoking room, and it reeked with the smell of old smoke. The hotel was Full and we were unable to change. We only stayed one night, but in the morning I was VERY Ill, and vomited the next morning. We were very happy to get the hell out of there. It was like the company built the hotel with storage containers. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my 50+ years of traveling.

Review 73：No staff outside the check-in hours indicated (17-20), so at night there is noone to assist you in case you need anything. When we were staying in the hotel, a group of guests came to the property at 2:30 in the morning, obviously after having overindulged on alcoholic beverages, and were behaving extremely loudly. Nevertheless, there was noone to solve this. As per inquiry to the property, they are not planning to change this. The rooms have no ventilation system, meaning you have to let the window open so that you can breathe in the room. The bed in your room creaked so loud it woke us from our sleep.

Review 90：Upon approaching the premises in an industrial area, I was taken aback.They have a kiosk where you check yourself in. The building was enclosedin steel mesh. However, when we entered the room the facility was cleanand comfortable. As we had a car, it was easy to get into town. We werethere just one night passing through. It was perfect for that. They haveplug in computer connections in each room and can loan you a cable toconnect a laptop but no wifi for a tablet. You'll need bring your owncable if you need a mini at one end and standard at the other.
