Review 1：Nothing however booking.com gives options for twin room for single travellers when I input for 2 people. Luckily it was rectifies le.

Review 2：There was a mistake on my booking and they rectified it very quickly. The manager and lady on reception were excellent.

Review 3：Beds too firm, although when I mentioned it at the front desk, the staff brought up a mattress topper, which helped. Food was disappointing, breakfast was ok but dinner was poor.

I had to ask for an extra pillow and I was told that it was too late... until I insisted that I needed one and they sent someone to deliver it. The swimming pool was supposed to be with hot water but it wasn't. Internet connection very very poor. No english channels on TV and no possibility to swap language for spanish programs that you can watch in original language. Food...not much choice and not good at all. And cold. Very very disappointed for being a 4 star hotel.

Evening meals were a little poor, plenty of choice, but luke warm and over cooked. I don't eat meat so had to rely on the fish options and found only 2 or 3 times edible fish.

Review 25：I could not choose anything in particular. Absolutely everything is designed for you to enjoy and relax. From the wellcoming to the facilities...loved it!

Review 26：If you wand a very bad experience then book this hotel. The staff is very not welcoming. The room not clean at all. They put the same towels that we already used again on the shelf of the bathroom. They will not give you shower soap if you will not call to the reception and ask to bring it. They will not change the linens if you will not claim them to do so. They are charging extra for everything - drink at dinner, coffee bar at your room, using of safe and even using weighing device. The chatge for the parking is 12 EUR for a day!!!

Review 55：On arrival we had been booked in to an adjoining family room as I had requested a double bed. The only problem being that the other half of the adjoining room had a very audible screaming baby in it. We were moved but apparent,y there is only one double bed available on every floor and that is in the family room. So if you prefer twin beds or screaming babies then this hotel is made for you.

Review 56：Close to Playa Martianez, overlooking the road and sea, so no trouble with lots of people walking the promenade as there would be closer to the centre. Still very easy to walk through the town. Private parking is available (with a charge). Free WiFi worked fine for email etc in the bedroom.

Review 70：Perhaps the Friday mood makes the receptionist forget to give me the door key even though she remember to charge me. The first UNwelcoming sign came when the door card key could not switch on the main electricity source. Luckily a room attendant came to my rescue. The balcony door needs a HARD slam in order to be closed properly. My room has the view of other apartments and sounds of dashing motorbikes. Perhaps the walls are built thin. Doors slamming sounds from other neighboring rooms become the orchestra of the night. The food quality of the buffets is lesser than desired from a 4 star hotel, did not had any second helping. My stay ended earlier than normal at 11am when my card didn't allow me to enter my room. ( normal checking out time is at 12am ) It is my first try in the Beatriz chain of hotels. I guess this would be my first and last time at Beatriz chain of hotels.

Review 71：The bathroom facilities: rain shower and environmental friendly toiletries packaging. The waiters in the restaurants are quick and attentive.

Review 72：The waiting for the lifts, was always to long! The smell in the room coming from the pipes , nothing to do with cleanness by the maides.

A number of the sun loungers were sagging/ripped and in need of repair/replacement which weren't in keeping with the otherwise pretty poolside. Some of the carpets through the communal areas need replacing (looks like bleach stains from over enthusiastic cleaners - but the hotel is truly spotless in terms of cleanliness).

Review 75：Cleanliness, stylish rooms, spacious bathrooms, great breakfast selection, and most of the evening meal buffets were really tasty. Pool was large and the hotel grounds are beautiful, but the location has the bonus of the Lago Martianez lido across the road for a change of scene.

Review 78：Good view of Teide from balcony. 8th floor room. 802. Clean but sometimes messed up with towel change. Enjoyed food. Pool Good, ample sunbeds at the time. Central. Not many Britts! Mainly Spanish and German but easy to communicate.

Asked for a extra pillow at about 10.40pm however after five phone calls they didn't bring it until after midnight! Review 85：We were at the 11th floor and still the music in the bar downstairs was SUPER loud, and until very late. I had read about this here so I wrote the hotel before our arrival and asked for a room in the highest floor possible. But still, from the 11th floor we could still hear the loud music. This is an absurd, given you are on vacation and you would like to rest. Front desk is a terrible. If you need anything, be prepared to wait in line for 10-15 min. The hotel was packed, and only 2 receptionist were working. Both quite in bad mood, a big contrast with the service you usually receive in Canarias, always great and with smiles all over. In our check in, not even a "good afternoon" or "welcome", nothing, just a "I need your IDs". Another negative point were the elevators: way to many people to few elevators, it took AGES everytime we wanted to go up or down. It was so ridiculous that in the last day we actually decided to mark the time: 12 minutes. This is what we waited for the elevator, 12 minutes! Not related to the hotel but important to inform: the North of the island is always clouded, because the clouds get stuck between the sea and the mountains. Our friends that are from Tenerife explained this is the constant state of Puerto de la Cruz: while the south is super sunny, the north is clouded. We wish we had read this before we decided to take a hotel in Puerto de la Cruz.
