Review 2：We had a very nice enjoyable time. Frau Küffler was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would certainly stay again. Breakfast was very good too :-)

Review 3：Our one complaint was the shared single-person bathroom for the rooms, which makes it feel a bit like a hostel. It may not bother you, though.

Review 6：A clean, spacious room with lovely views from the balcony. Really close to the town centre and all transport links. The guest pass (for stays of three nights or more) was an unexpected bonus. The local Mittenwald beer was excellent!

Review 10：This was a perfect stay in a perfect place. Breakfast was great, the lady looking after us was very helpful, approachable and happy to speak to me in German despite my basic knowledge. The decor was traditional Bavarian. The room was a good size and the location couldn't have been better. 5 minutes walk from the Bahnhof and 2 minutes from the town centre which was full of friendly people!

Review 13：The wifi was rather weak and spotty. I had to check emails, etc in the early morning because I couldn't connect later on at all. My room was also on the third floor. But, the place is so very cute with great food in the morning with a nice host, that the wifi was no big deal.

Review 16：This is a nice guesthouse in a good location for visiting the German Alps. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. Right in town, you can walk to shopping and many restaurants.

Review 17：Many step to room, breakfadt mediocre, hostess had troubke communicating in English. Upon entry into the gasthof, a large German Shepherd barked as well as most times entering the breakfast area. Facilities need work inside and out. Interiors were very dark.

Review 23：Great attention to detail; there was nothing we needed which wasn't already there. The room included a built-in table and chairs where we enjoyed a cosy evening "Abendbrot" meal. Fantastic view from the private balcony (an even better one from the bathroom). Great breakfast with a very generous serving of good coffee. I felt so comfortable here that I extended our stay. Will definitely visit again on my next trip (from Australia).

Review 69：Our favorite hotel stay since we moved to Germany 2 years ago. Stunning scenery, the room was superior to anything we've had in Europe as budget travelers. It had a table with 4 chairs to bring dinner back, had a balcony, extra blankets, soaps in the bathroom, (which was very nice) and was very quiet with no disturbances. I don't eat breakfast but the breakfast here was too good to pass up- assorted breads, meats and cheeses with boiled eggs, fruits, yogurts, etc. The hostess was very kind. The walk to restaraunts and the town of Mittwalden was probably.. one or two minutes. It was perfect.
