Review 1：Some malodorous smells wafting from toilets drainage system and spreading occasional to bedrooms - improved somewhat on changing rooms. Wifi doesn't make it to rooms, breakfast slow to be served and not overly great - means you can't leave before 10am if want to have breakie there! Whilst I love animals - so many dogs and cats wandering around - I wasn't sure if I was in a lost dogs home or hotel at times!

Review 5：We had bought some delicious chorizo that we put in the communal fridge in the little kitchenette area just outside the rooms and when we went to get it before we left it was gone! One of the guests must have taken it, very disrespectful!
Review 6：This place was great and we would definitely stay here again! We asked for a room opening up towards the roof terrace which we got and that was great so I would definitely recommend asking for that. It's in a perfect location, with a good restaurant and very friendly staff. It's clean and has a very relaxed atmosphere.

Review 10：The warm welcome, the decor, amazing location. A very relaxed and lovely place. Opened the window onto the sunny terrace in the morning and two cats jumped in to say hello - just perfect. I'll be back
Review 11：The bathroom which for me was down the corridor was quite dark and a little bit dingy though clean. The attached restaurant next door for breakfast has a nice atmosphere but a little bit expensive for a more casual traveller like me but for some it might not be expensive.
Review 12：The host is very very welcoming. She will tell you all about the area and make you feel at home in the place. Building has lots and lots of character especially the big hallway entrance with the hosts lazy lounging dogs around. Plenty of space in the bedroom and you also have an upstairs forecourt area with lots of flowers and deck chairs to sit around in.

Review 14：The breakfast excellent, large and very tasty (the place is also a vegetarian/vegan restuarant)- which was taken in a lovely garden. The ability to make coffee and tea (bring your own) and store food in a communal fridge. The bathroom was nice a large with a wet-room shower. Its a lovely friendly place - and so nice with all the animals which the owner has rescued. (not a choice though if you are allergic to cats or dogs)

Review 19：Bellavista is a really lovely place to stay, the staff are really friendly and it's in an excellent location for the square and the beach, although the rooms are a little basic, they are clean and the bathrooms are lovely. The Bellavista is very peaceful and charming and the perfect place to relax with a drink and a good book. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Review 50：Maybe it is unfair to say this is a 'didn't like' but it was confusing and had an impact on our stay. When we arrived, the owner mentioned we'd agreed to pay via Booking.com, €15 more per night than their advertised room rate. As breakfast was not included, we could either be charged the correct room rate (€60) and pay for breakfast separately or have breakfast included for €75. We had seen the favourable comments of the breakfasts so opted for breakfast to be included. The first morning, we chose from the menu and both of us had excellent breakfasts from the menu which cost a total of €16. The second morning, however, we we told that the restaurant (which we later learned had a different management from the Bellavista) should have offered us the 'inclusive rate breakfast'. Although it was nice, it did not match the range & standard of the previous morning's breakfast. On the third morning, this was further confirmed when we were told that we could not have 'special' tea (which we'd had the first morning) because this was reserved for the restaurant's 'paying customers'. Bellavista openly charges €60 per room per night and, on their own website, does not offer a breakfast inclusive rate. So I do not know how the initial pricing/charging confusion with Booking.com happened. But whatever, if it was to happen again, we would definitely choose to pay breakfast separately because the 'included breakfast' left us feeling a bit 'second class' which was a shame.
Review 51：It is a traditional old building with a lovely ambiance in a great location for the beach & restaurants/cafés. Also there is a free parking nearby.

Review 55：2 minutes from beach and harbour, nice, simple rooms, very clean oldfashioned sheets, cosy, relaxed atmosphere, staff very nice, loved all the dogs and cats sleeping in the reception area, the sunny terrace and the vegan-friendly restaurant (more customers needed to produce real high quality food).
Review 56：Peaceful place with amazing location, very close to the beach, supermarkets and many restaurants but the best food is in their restaurant for sure, especially the breakfast is unforgettable for us! The staff is extremely helpful, makes you feel you are home or visiting a friend.
Review 57：My boyfriend and I have just spent 3 brilliant days in Pension Bellavista. It is a beautiful little Pension right in the centre of the Port, full of lovely artwork and some gorgeous interior features. The staff (and pet cats and dogs!) were really friendly and helpful and Coloma is a great host - very welcoming and gave us some useful information about the area. The Pension was clean and comfortable with cosy additions for the winter months (a good heater and extra warm blankets) as we were there in February. I would definitely recommend this place and am looking forward to going back in the summer when the restaurant and bar will be open too.
Review 58：Room was ok-ish and bathroom not super clean. It's ok if you are young and don't care about frills or maybe just spend 1-2 nights.
Review 59：Rather good value for money. You get what you pay so don't expect too many frills. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. There is a nice terrace to have breakfast and a vegetarian restaurant down stairs.
