Review 1：The free parking was challenging to negotiate, at best. The staff could've been a bit more helpful in managing this issue.

Review 2：Location was excellent to get to the Zugspitz and Garmisch . Enjoyed the Almfest and watching the cows come home. Great breakfasts. Enjoyed the indoor pool area.

Review 3：The room was on the second floor overlooking a busy central parking lot with a view of the mountains. It would have been a little nicer and more private if it was on a higher floor.

Review 4：We stayed in a junior suite, it was very spacious and had a nice balcony. The location was very good, close to restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful and spoke good English, It had onsite parking and an elevator to assist with our luggage. Room very clean. Breakfast was traditional German fare of meats, cheeses and breads and was ok. They had a couple guys playing zither music in the restaurant one night. It was booked for dinner but we did get to enjoy listening to them over drinks later in the evening. We would suggest that you make reservations for dinner as places were quite crowded. If you are in Mittenwald on a nice day make sure you visit the Laudersee. You can easily reach it by bus (which leaves from in front of the hotel), but make sure you walk back to town. The numerous waterfalls and scenery are breathtaking.

Review 6：Nice big hotel within easy walking distance of Mittenwald train station and town center. Breakfast was excellent with attentive service. Front desk service was also great.

Review 7：A bit run down and my room was next to the kitchen which means it was far from quiet. The pedestrians on the street could see straight into the room, and the sauna area was more like a purely practical swimming hall shower with a sauna next to it than something relaxing and luxurious.

Review 8：Nice to get a single room as a solo traveler. Had half board and the first day the good was terrible, but the second day it was great!

Review 9：Breakfast staff at the first morning (Friday,28th August 2015) was extremely unfriendly. Was complaining about us to choose a table for four when we're only two people. We were one of the last ones to arrive and didn't take away the table from somebody else. Only after we askedfor coffee they decided to let us have some, but made us yell the order through the entire room and didn't come over. They didn't refresh the sliced cheese even though breakfast was on for another hour. I am a vegetarian and there was only sliced meat and some half stale looking fresh cheese. Both the male and female waiter were extremely unfriendly and rude. Luckily for the hotel and us the morning staff on the Saturday was much friendlier and much more efficient. We paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights 650€, for that much money I expect better service and not the staff talking behind my back where I even can hear it.

Review 13：Hotel is too little old and facilites don't work so handsome, all facilities. Pool was good, but there not found any locker with a key. Sauna is not a good, very poor. I think so, that is not a Sauna at all. I don't know who idea it is. It is not working, than Sauna. And there not found any other people... The hotel outside temperature is too +40 degree Celsius. But if you don't a need Sauna or locker with key in the pool facilitie and you doesn't matter old Hotel, what doesn't work so good and in the night there found some noisy room, You can take this with good price.

Review 14：Breakfast is good, not excellent, but staff was amazing, very extremely excellent. And food portion in the restaurant is good with good price. And food is good. And attitude is very amazing to service. Very extremely nice.

Review 47：The room had a very nice view of karwendal mountain.This was our 2nd stay at this hotel.we were staying on 1st floor where wifi signal was still available as it works only at reception.Breakfast is tasty and spread is good.Bus stop for ferchensee/Lautersee is just in front of hotel.

Review 48：Situated at edge of pedestrian zone. Excellent large comfortable room with superb bathroom with bath and seperate shower. Unfortunately I was ill with a chest infection which turned into pneumonia whilst I was there. Staff were first rate arranging doctors for me. I was unable to avail mysel of all the wellness facilities although my wife used the pool and enjoyed it. Would be beautiful in the summer on the terrace people watching quaffing a weis bier or glass of wine. Good supermarket 20 metres away.

Review 55：Do not be fooled by pictures of the swimming pool on their website. Theytreat it like a guilty secret. (Their little informational booklet inthe room recommends a nearby lake for swimming.) The pool isunderground, hard to find and steamy.
